While pregnant I wanted to avoid purchasing maternity clothing, but I wasn't one of the lucky few that could continue wearing their pre-pregnancy clothes. I was so happy I was able to come here then, and I continue shopping here today. Great staff and great clothing! Prices are high but the quality is there and their sales are great.

I consider Kohl's a modern day JCPennys but with higher prices. They have crew neck t-shirts marked at $17.99 but the "original" price is $40. I mean really.... Come on. The clothes are good quality but I don't want to pay $100 bucks for 4 shirts that are probably not worth that much. I primarily only shop here when there are good clearance items available or when we have kohl's cash built up.

I think I was just hitting it at weird times, because the other day when I went, there was plenty to choose from. I purchased a long black dress that will work great for many occasions and seasons, an a beautiful printed scarf to make it a little more spring-y. I'm delighted to know they carry Prairie Underground and look forward to stopping in more often to see new seasonal items.

There is always new stuff, and they seem to be expanding to carry larger size ranges! However, there are signs at every single available spot threatening you with arrest for shoplifting. In addition, there is a greeter at the door and no less than one salesperson every 20 feet. I've never stolen a thing in my life, and am not going to start now. But my gosh, it makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel as though my every move is being watched. I was afraid to even look at the products near the door for fear of being accused. To me, if you have cameras and prosecute, it doesn't need to be announced. Use your cameras, and prosecute them! I absolutely support business owners, especially small business owners, doing so. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.
