The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The emerald center stone runs sideways across the finger, perpendicular to the traditional emerald setting. I had one appointment with her to design a custom engagement ring. I know it's unusual for the bride to have such an active role in the design of the ring, but I had strong opinions about what I wanted and didn't want to be surprised. My fiancé had other appointments to finalize the design and pick out the diamonds. We also purchased our wedding bands here. Considering the time, attention, and skill of all of the employees, the cost is very reasonable. It isn't too high, perhaps it's slightly above average, but that could have been because my ring was created from sketch paper to the mold. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my ring. I stopped in to see if they might have Pacific cloth bags for storing silver. With the staff members help in lifestyle upstairs, we found out they did not have any in stock while was there. The sales associate offered up a suggestion of another store in the area, but seeing I was a bit apprehensive, she offered to call another location. When she called the NorthPark Mall location, we found out they had a variety, Amen, I was on the way over on my way out of town. The sales associate was so sweet to offer me a bottle of water for the road, as it was a warm day, she went above and beyond in my book in sending me with a list of silver bags, so I could have a heads up. Thank you for the great service and attention to detail you showed me during my visit. The new facility looks beautiful, great job. So, if you are in the Oklahoma City area, and have not been by, make a point to go see them, especially if you are getting married, graduating, getting a promotion, they definitely have something for everyone's taste.

The lady behind the desk waved me off and said "that is included" when I came back to get the ring, they didn't try to match up the details at all, and refused to give me back the pieces stating "included means that the jewelry shop keeps the pieces" and they were "too small" anyway. To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

My oldest daughter had broken her Kendra Scott necklace. We took it in, hoping that they would be able to repair it. The young woman who was helping us, Presley, was so friendly and professional.
