Very friendly people. Good quality work. I paid a little extra to be pushed to the front of the production line so it could be finished the next day for someone close to me. It was finished the same day but I didn't have time to get it until the next day. I bring the piece home and it's not the right size. Not a big deal we bring it back to get resized. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be finished. I probably should have gotten it in the workshop sooner but I would have paid a more expensive rush fee to make sure it was right the first time. read more

Fields Jewelers has always been a very reliable store to take my jewelry for any needs I might have. Today I took my very nice watch in to replace the battery because my watch was running slow. When I came back to pick it up (in 7 minutes) I was told the battery tested good but sometimes just resetting it can help. And they didn't charge me anything. She then said if this didn't help with my watch keeping time that I can bring it back in and they have someone that can look at it. Great people, great products and fantastic service! read more

The ladies who were int he front were very nice. I went in to have two watch bands adjusted, a new one, and my daughters that was older. The did the work, I tried mine on and walked out. As I'm driving down the road, I noticed that my daughters watch was not working. You would think that they would check the operation of the watch and recommend a battery. I had to drive back to get it taken care of. The store had some nice items, but the store is serious need for a facelift, from the carpet, the display cases, the displays props, and the decor. the chairs for you to sit on are out of the box rolling office chairs. They did not have a large selection of anything. The watches they displayed had their own name on it that was neat, and they were nice, having some other brands in there would have been nice. I'm a big fan of the smaller mom and pop type of stores, I was not overwhelmed with this store. read more

I stopped by Fields Jewelry this weekend because the chain on my favorite necklace broke! I thought I could drop it off and pick it up in a few days after it was repaired. To my surprise the gentleman in the shop said he could fix it right then if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. He had it repaired really fast and when I asked him what I owed, he said it was on the house. Maybe it was a really simple repair or something, but talk about superb customer service and maintaining that small town business charm. I bought a couple of raffle tickets he was selling for a local scholarship as a sign of my appreciation, but I'm already a winner because I got to walk out with my favorite necklace back around my neck where it belongs. read more

I needed a small ring sized down one half a size. I left it with them for several days. When I went to pick it up I got "sticker shocked". It cost me $80. My ring wasn't valued at much more that that! I should have asked for the price when I brought it but not even the associate told me how much it was going to cost! read more
