Employee named London didn't want to give me my refund,…read more I knew immediately she was going to have some kind of a problem, I have no idea why people take one look at me and my daughter and all of a sudden don't want to help us, it's your job, why is it so hard to be helpful.... She wouldn't even pick up the receipt to look at it and wanted to just say no and give me store credit. It has the refund policy right on the receipt and then she acts like she has to call somebody to ask. I won't be going back to a place with stuck up employees to good to do their job, I buy other stuff there, but there's five below, dollar tree and Ross right next to them if they think my money isn't good enough for them. I probably won't go back, and me and my mom just bought a house near there so I guess we can buy our home goods elsewhere.

What is unfortunate is the customer service of the staff working the market. I have shopped here frequently over the years and have consistently had the same experience. The staff are Not helpful and often accusatory. For example there are multi aisles in the store if my 13 yr old daughter is on an aisle alone she will be approached and told no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the store unaccompanied, all awhile I am an aisle away. These comments are made when no behavior even warrants her being approached to begin with. Mistakes are made on credit card processing and no apologies made the attitude is almost like it was the customers fault. The over all tone of the store is that the customer is wrong or out to reek havoc on the store. So bizarre. I encourage anyone thinking about or currently has a booth there to address this with management.
