I explained that we were heavily pressured last time and we just want to be left to look in peace. We then continued looking. 5 min later the same salesperson approaches and hands his card. I accepted and said thanks again, and would let him know if we need anything. He then started sales pressuring again and I told him he was pressuring us and he responded with "no I'm not, I'm just having a conversation." I told we could easily just leave and he proceeded to argue with me that he wasn't pressuring. No ability to read the needs of a customer. No respect for the customer boundaries. I flicked his card back at him and we left. Never returning. Don't bother coming here unless you like being told you're wrong for not wanting to be bothered.

First, the 2 nightstands were damaged and had to have them replaced. Than we had to wait 2 months to get the dresser, and when it finally showed up one of the corners was completely broken off. We requested a replacement. 2 months later we get the replacement, and 4 drawers are damaged with a chunk of the dresser itself gone. I've asked for a refund. I'm so tired of messing with these people. Mark my words, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will regret it.

I had been looking for cow Hyde rugs & driving by one day, noticed some outside on display. Looking back, my hubby recalls that day clearly as the beginning of the most expensive remodel of our lives that is still ongoing. For many years my husband & I have owned a old farm house by the lake in southern Oklahoma. In the beginning we mostly used it as a vacation home. However, last couple years we have been spending more & more time there remodeling, enjoying the farm, the lake & countryside. Santa Fe's showroom changed our lives. The showroom floor will blow you away when you first walk in. It's beautifully done. It's not only a rustic furniture store, they also do interior design & it clearly shows they know what they are doing. Everything looks gorgeous. First time I walked in, I wanted to purchase everything. Seriously. I wanted EVERYTHING!!! Little over two years now, hubby will tell you I'm still on my mission to do just that! ;) The first thing I purchased was a giant cow Hyde, beautiful rustic buffet & a armoire. Then, I decided we needed to go full rustic Farmhouse with the interior. Rustic blue pine ship lap walls, real barn doors etc., Bc the furniture goes exceptionally well with that style of architecture. My father is an Architect & has helped with the structural changes. It's been a real overhaul. We gutted the whole house. One trip to Santa Fe Company, that's all it took & my whole house has been transformed. I have now purchased all our rustic beds, end tables, kitchen island, chairs etc. The pieces I have are well crafted durable rustic furniture that wears exceptionally well. The more you use it the better it looks. I haven't had any problems with any of my pieces. Most recently I stopped by to see what was new & fell completely in LOVE with a wood bench. A redesign of an old wood bench that graced the halls of a old school convent. It goes perfectly by the front door as you come in to hang your coat & take off your shoes. My favorite piece yet. Santa Fe Company has definitely captured my imagination. As long as I can dream, I have no doubt I will keep dreaming & adding more & more to the project. Hubby said looking around the showroom last visit seeing all the new pieces that we could possibly squeeze in here or fit over there, he doesn't know if we will ever be done. Earlier this year I visited an At Home store for the first time in Washington. I had never heard…read moreof them, but when we were in need of some inexpensive home goods, it was recommended and it did not disappoint. I had picked up some area rugs and decorative pillows for our fifth wheel and wished I had had more time to peruse the store. This time while in OKC, I saw the store nearby and decided to take a stroll. Holy moly it's huge and dare I say a bit overwhelming! You can easily set up an entire apartment, house, RV, dorm room or whatever space you need to take care of here at a very reasonable price. I was merely visiting, so I had limited space since I had already shopped galore during my stay. It didn't stop me from picking up a few small seasonal items though! The cart I was pushing had a map of the store, which was very helpful. While I didn't walk through furniture or big items, I noticed a massive amount for both indoor and outdoor. The Christmas holiday section was enormous and I had the biggest smile as I walked through. I'm somewhat regretting not buying an additional suitcase; however, I know I'll be back.
