    We had the worst delivery experience with Living Spaces and as mentioned in other reviews, the follow up from management and corporate was very disappointing. We purchased two bedrooms sets that were set-up in the wrong rooms. Despite explaining in great detail where they should have been, they refused to move them in the right rooms. THEY FORGED our signature and left without even fully assembling the beds! There is no way to call the local store to speak with anyone so I went to the store directly. To my face they assured me they would send a "rescue team" out to fix the mix-up. After waiting 24 hours and not receiving any feedback, I followed up with corporate. April said someone would call me back in 24 hours. No-one did. The next day someone else from corporate said the same thing. Its now been 4 days and no answer or follow up. That 877-line is just a third party customer service. They can't make decisions and even if you end up speaking to someone at corporate, they don't care and will not do anything to help. If this happens to you, call your merchant and dispute the delivery charge. EDIT: Not only did they not finish putting one of the beds together, but the other bed came with cracks all over the base. When they were screwing in the nails, they went too deep and it broke through the wood. Yes, their sales people are great. Yes, they have a cool area for kids and $2 drinks. What is the point of buying furniture at Living Spaces if it comes broken and unfinished with zero help from management. Stick with Matthis or any other furniture store.

    We went in to Living Spaces in Oklahoma City to view a couch we had been eyeing for awhile on their website. So glad we did because turns out we didn't like it and ended up falling in love with this other couch. Brandon was our guy that helped us. He was great and the process to order and pay was a breeze. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. We haven't had any issues!

    I had high hopes since I spent a lot of money on this "custom" couch. I picked a couch that's close to $3500. I paid the full delivery including bringing it in, building it, and removing any boxes. I wanted the same couch displayed. Nothing changed. But it's still considered customized which really confused me. Anyways.. the wait is over 4 weeks. They said they will call to schedule after the couch is built. They never called so I ended up calling. Come to find out, they charge EXTRA to deliver on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday. $10-20 extra on top of full delivery which I think is very unfair to any buying customer. They arent true to their words. I ended up paying for Saturday because I was off. On top of paying extra, my product came damaged and now I have to wait for a replacement that is taking a bit more time than expected. Unhappy with how things are going at the moment. Hopefully we get a replacement asap. Update: they never reached out. I ended up calling and I have to wait another 8 weeks for them to deliver. Once deliver I have to be the one to call to appoint someone to come out and build and replace for me. Such a hassle.

    It's been just under a week since my chair arrived so we'll see how this review ages. That said, I had a great experience with Living Spaces. I was a bit hesitant to check out the showroom based on reviews, but the store staff was so nice! No shopper stalkers, but we were greeted upon entry and explained we knew what we wanted. They had a light color of the chair in the showroom (Bixby Swivel) and it was comfy and sturdy. The quality of the fabric felt just as nice as my other furniture from Mathis. The entire sales process took maybe 10 minutes max. Didn't even have time to get a $2 beer. I opted for the indoor delivery option (which basically just ensures they don't leave your stuff outside). I ordered in the showroom on Tuesday and delivery was scheduled for Sunday 9am-12pm. I was told I'd get an update on Saturday before. I did get a confirmation/reminder email; but no one actually called me leading up to or the day of delivery. That morning I was lucky to wake to the knock at a little after 9. The delivery person was kind and quickly got my box inside my apartment. Unboxing was super easy. I'd definitely recommend them off my experience.

    Took off work got ride of our old coaches and to get ready for a the delivery of our 4K dollar coach only to have it not show up. Not only is it not showing up it's still on back order even though my wife and I received multiple texts and emails saying that it will be here on 08/06/2024 from 8-10. There was no communication from the living-spaces saying that our coach was on back order still. This is unexplainable and I am disappointed in the lack of communication that was given. Now my wife and I have to wait with no coach for who knows how long until living spaces gets the thumb out of there butt and tells us where and when our coach will be here. Thanks living spaces for being the disappointment you are.

    Delivery date and time was not accurate or honest. When I called to discuss this, they hung up on me. During the delivery, Furniture hit my walls and door frame. Huge dent in my bedroom door frame. They overextended my screen door (I had already opened it for them, not sure why they moved it) and now it my door won't close.

The store motto is "Here to Save the Night" but is Bed Man doing this through the use of his genius intellect and a trust fund left by his very rich (and very dead) parents? Or does he have some sort of genetic mutation where he can make mattresses come out of his hands? Or is it magic? I want to say magic. The origin story matters, dammit. You know what else is magic? The customer service at Bed Man. The owner, Michael really gets customer service. He gets it so well that it may actually be his superpower. From the first interaction to the final sale and delivery, the customer service has been... On. Point. He even threw in free delivery and honored a discounted price on something else that I bought after the fact. He wasn't obligated to, but he did it anyway because he's great like that. We have a new bed that is... really dangerous because I find it unbelievably difficult to get out of it once I'm on it. It's so comfortable that life seems to make sense only when I'm lying down, and getting up in the morning fills me with (well-rested) dread because I have to leave my haven of memory foam comfort. The prices are so much better than anything else that we've seen in the city. Just to give an idea, there was a similar mattress that we were considering at a larger mattress chain, and it was twice as expensive as what Bed Man was offering. The brands at Bed Man aren't the obvious variety (Sealy, Serta, Tempurpedic, etc.). The mattress that we ended up purchasing (after much research on my part) is not a well-known brand, but the reviews online were really good. Also, it's kind of cool to know that our mattress was made (with a "born-on" date and everything) only after the sale was finalized. Also included: two free memory foam pillows! It's the little things... Shortly after our purchase, we heard from friends and family who had also gotten their mattresses from Bed Man and how happy they were with their experiences. So from what I can tell, Bed Man has no weakness. He's like Superman-Prime with his immunity to Kryptonite. Okay I'm going to stop now before I geek out too much. P. S. Bed Man's delivery guys are also great. Very friendly and efficient.

Parking's a bitch here (i.e., the north May location), but the reasonable prices and friendly service more than make up for the awkward parking.

I tried about 10 different ones , all more expensive and I only kind of liked one that was 3 times the price , but I still liked the one at Bed Mart so much better. So we went back that same night and I got the Full Size Comfort Rest Eurotop with Platform and Delivery to Mustang for $500.00 with my Military Discount. Her husband Ben delivered the next night and was a nice guy also. Jenny told me they have been in business for 20 years and it's a family business , not a franchise or anything like that of course.
