There's a station set up to sanitize as you enter along with a mask up sign. Quick, simple and easy! This store is your one stop shop for any and all container needs. They have a huge selection of different sizes and designs. I'm not a good designer at all, When I walked into the store my visions started to come to life. Life can be so much more simpler with few of these pieces. They also offer designer services. Wendy helped us design a space, she was very thorough with the questions she asked. We chatted about every detail that mattered. She showed us different designs, explained why she'd recommend each. Since working from home, I've been back twice to round out my work space. The selection of desktop/office "supplies" is varied, both in terms of price and selection. I enjoyed walking amongst the aisles to see what was available and the different possible uses. In addition to the office supply aisles, I also wandered into the kitchen area. This place is amazing. Every time we would stop by the one in Houston we'd always be super jealous because of the amount of cool and neat stuff they have here. Do you need containers? Do you have a need to sort out the stuff in your life or home? Then you've definitely found the place. I have a pretty big need possibly an obsession with storage because I like to be organized making TCS a great place to swing by and pick up some items. The container store is definitely a very welcomed sight to see here in OKC!! The store support was fantastic because we were asked if we needed help on plenty of occasions and not in a bothering way. Everyone was super helpful even with one individual taking what we had and placing it in a spot up front for us to get back before we checked out leaving our hands empty to look at more stuff! After building our new home, we have purchased many items here. I love being organized and the container store has everything to organize your kitchen, bath, closet, office, and even some furniture items and closet remodeling plans. We even purchased a few mirrors with hooks to put by our entry way for the kids backpacks and coats, and I love the modern look it gives our home. Made an appointment to meet with a designer and Justin met me and quickly got my first plan for renovation of my garage. He listened to me and was so quick to show me on the computer what me design could be. We adjusted the design to take my budget in consideration and he arranged to get the installer to come and measure my space and confirm my measurements. Loved my experience with the plan and Justin and I also organized bins to use upon install so my garage could be fixed up as soon as possible. I worked so hard to get my garage ready for the install with paint and declutter and the day the install happened, it was magical! Raymond was so great and was so professional! As someone who is not only a Librarian, but also a legitimate clean-freak, The Container Store is my version of Heaven. I could die here happily. The store is clean, well-laid out, and the staff are all super friendly. I can always find something fantastic here. For example, I found these amazing reusable bags to replace plastic! They are even dishwasher safe! The prices are very reasonable, and everything here is excellent quality. I could spend many hours and many more dollars in this place, but I practice restraint. It's clean, well lighted, very well staffed, and (of course) immaculately organized, and its parking is more than ample. Great selection. Prices aren't really competitive against online equivalents, but the brick and mortar placement makes picking things up in a hurry slightly superior to the wait of buying online and having home delivery. (It's a fair trade-off, IMHO -- depending upon what you need in your life and how fast you need it.) read more

With all the land we have in Oklahoma I figure this store would be bigger than the one in Houston. It is real stuffy and hard to shop here. Other than the poor layout, the container store has a lot of items I need that Bed Bath and Target doesn't have so I am happy we have one here. Staff is very nice and helpful. I am a complete organization junkie, so when I read on a Blog that The Container Store will be opening in Oklahoma City, I lost my mind and mark my calendar. It took about a year-and-a-half but The Container Store is here! Still, this is not without some compromise. First, the store is located in the parking lot of a mall that gets massively packed during the holidays. I am concerned this will be an issue for their parking as well. Second, when the original plans were drawn, the store was going to be much larger but the adjacent neighborhood made it difficult and the size of the store was decreased a bit. This is a nitpicky thing to be bothered by, but I stop at Container Stores in most cities I travel to and it seems this one doesn't have the same selection. However, the store has tons of fun organization stuff and all the life hacks you could want in one place, as well as a very hands-on, helpful staff willing to answer questions and find exactly what you're looking for. read more

However, I wasn't give the opportunity to convey that information. Used to be one of my favorite stores outside of OKC. Guess to get the service I seek I will have to go elsewhere. I went in today with my Mother to make an exchange for her, I dealt with Justin and a shorter caucasion male with a buzz cut, my mom was asking about bowls for certain dishes and Justin told her to go somewhere else to find that and they didn't have them there, he wasn't helpful or respectful to my mother and I told her we will go somewhere else, we will make the exchange and go elsewhere to shop. I wish William Sonoma was still in the mall. Then I was dealing with the shorter stocky caucasion male with the buzz cut and I was making an exchange, an even exchange which ended up costing over $32. I asked him about why and he told me as if he knew what he was doing was wrong however he didn't care and he laughed. I was going to leave and came back in and both of those guys were gone and there was a guy in a black shirt that I think could have been a manager who was pushing in carts from the parking lot( I asked him why I was charged a different price than what was on the display etc and he was the guy I wish I was dealing with from the start, he was helpful, answered my questions and adjusted the price. He was professional and treated me like a customer. Justin and the other stocky guy shouldn't be helping customers, if we need help then help us or do something else that doesn't require you to help customers. I'm grateful for the guy in the black button down shirt who I think was the manager, he acted professionally and he treats customers with respect and did right by us without us asking him to. I was ready to take what I brought in for the exchange back and keep it. People shouldn't make bad situations worse, if that's what they want to do they should find work that they aren't miserable doing. Neither of the first 2 didn't want to work. Yippee!! A Container Store in OKC! I love Container Stores. It makes me want to buy plastic bins and become the most organized person in the world or at least at my house. I have spent a lot of money visiting the store in Dallas and on line, but am happy that my money can be spent in OKC. This is a smaller store than Dallas, but is still full of amazing wrapping paper, boxes, bins, kitchen items, stocking stuffers and more. The staff was very helpful. I will have an Elfin closet someday! Shoe boxes are a game changer. I thought about trying them for several years and now I can't wait to buy more. I have more, not less room in my closet. I can find the shoes I want. It keeps seasonal shoes from getting dusty during the off season. Great idea. Go by and see for yourself. Sure you can buy plastic bins at big box/discount stores, but here, they give you ideas on what you can do with them besides hide stuff in them. I might go broke getting organized. LOL read more

I love the products that this store carries. That is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. While checking out, Joann was our cashier. I have NEVER received such rude treatment. I wore my mask in the store, as requested. At the register, my mask was making my face itchy. I removed it FOR A SECOND and Joann immediately told me to put it back on and said "We CAN deny you service." We were friendly to her and she did not show one bit of friendliness to us. Has great stuff but too many people, lines were 30 min long and blocking aisles and the ALL the aisles were too narrow for 2 shopping carts to go down, not laid out well AT ALL, poorly done. they need check out lines that are AWAY from the aisles so as not to block the entrance and MUCH wider aisles. be prepared to spend hours to just get around. read more

Our associate who was designing the ELFA system had someone bring hot water from the break room so that we could warm his milk!
