This is the "Big Box Store for Household Goods." This is where I go when I want good can opener or a any other such thing. They have the high end pots and pans and kitchen accoutrements. Kudos on the renovations BB&B! I always found this place to be a little claustrophobic with all the high shelves, but the recent renovations have really opened the place up. They seem to sell mostly the same stuff, but now they have a lot more weird/interesting gift-type items up front. Lots of great brands here: I'm a big fan of OXO Good Grips, and I'm pretty sure they have about the entire line of implements here. I also love my Calphalon pans that I got here, although I hear the All-Clad are the cream of the crop. Lots of interesting kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom products (as the name implies). Also kind of a fun place to just walk around and look at stuff. Big negative is the parking lot here. Might actually be the worst parking lot in NW OKC, I feel like I'm going to get in a wreck every time I come here. I went after Christmas and New Years as the item I was looking for was available at this store. They must be doing some remodeling as most of the center of the store was enveloped in plastic. What I came for was behind a locked glass door. I was able to find someone to help me. She was stocking another area, but was happy to get the keys so I could get my merchandise. This is another store I could lose time in looking at kitchen items, gadgets, etc. I'll have to go back and see what was behind the plastic. read more

Well, the good news is, they'll take back anything. Which is good, because problems certainly do arise! At the beginning of the summer, we bought a large cantilevered umbrella for the back yard. This was an elaborately engineered affair, with its off center base and functions including open, tilt, raise and lower, etc. Add solar lights and a few more bells and whistles, and the price was justified. However, in just a few weeks of use, it stared to show signs of wear and tear; then we discovered why. The whole thing is held together by a couple of two or three inch long plastic bars. Yeah, that probably wasn't ever going to work. So, back it went, even though that meant completely disassembling it and cleaning it. They took it right back, and because my very smart husband had saved the receipt, they put the money back on my card. If we hadn't had the receipt, we would have still been able to get the store credit. So, 5/5 for return policy, but 2/5 for selling so much crap that needs to be returned in the first place. They'll get no extra points from me for being the most terribly designed store known to man. Seriously, is there a worse user experience in the developed world? You can't get your cart around the side aisles, and the main aisles are only wide enough for one cart, so people invariably have to detour to another side. I truly cannot bring myself to come here on a Saturday, since the UX here seems to be aimed at making people nervous, irritable and misanthropic. read more

Came to this store to return an item that was ordered online. Staff acted confused and unsure if item could be returned in store. That was ok, we were able to mail back in if needed but another employee assured us it actually was ok. We get everything returned but then when they see we paid with gift cards, more confusion. No one can decide how to give us the money back (why not gift card again I have no clue). They tell us they will find out with management and get back to us. It has now been over three months, three attempts to contact customer service and nothing. Radio silence. So pretty much they just pocketed our money. Lesson learned, I will not shop at any BB&B and I'll make sure to tell any friends and dthe same. Update- We finally got ahold of someone in customer service and she helped us out! Biggest negative complaint I have about this place is their parking lot. Holy smokes every time I try to slowly back up out of here someone comes cruising by fast and I miss them by inches... The store is always super organized and decently sized I feel like. Some things can be hard to find but there's always plenty of associates I feel like walking around to easily help guide you. The staff here has always been super helpful here I feel like. They added an entire new section of rugs including the popular Magnolia home brand. Their drapery selection is also crazy good. If you need any fun kitchen gadgets this store is for you! If you don't find out what you're looking for in store their online website will surely have it and they offer free returns to store which is awesome! Free shipping on orders of $29 and above I believe... they also have store pickup which is the ability to shop online and pick up in store which is so helpful if you have kids coming along with you etc. They do offer free gift wrapping here you just have to do it yourself at the station which is a pain but hey it's free! Decently sized location, not as big as the ones I'm used to in Wa state and Fl, but this'll do. Definitely bigger than the Edmond one and has a way bigger clearance isle. I love Bed, Bath & Beyond clearance isles because they always have the neatest and most random stuff! Friendly and very willing to help staff members! They ordered my front door mat I wanted, because they didn't have it in the store, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping. Awesome! Bed, Bath & Beyond always accepts their printed 20% coupons, even if they're expired, so don't throw them away! I bought a mattress topper on 12/3/2020. It's falling apart less than a month of having it. Sent customer service a email with pictures and explained that I had been exposed to covid 19, and although it says to bring item to store on the website I wasn't comfortable doing that and could I be refunded. I got a auto response to my first email, so I called the store and was told I had to bring it in. I called back again on Sunday after sending another email with pics and not hearing back. I was told again by a manager that I had to bring it in! We're in a pandemic. Businesses have closed and everybody is wearing masks. Why would your store policy not take into consideration that an item may not be safe, especially it its as obviously damaged as this mattress topper?! BBB is a store like no other. It has a superb quality of items ranging from kitchen pans, silverware, coffee makers, trash cans, and they are constantly offering new items. The bed room, bathroom, living room section is top notch that caters to any budget! Also, they stand behind there products and will gladly warranty them without condensing questions or trying to be place the blame on you. Its refreshing to see a company stand behind the products they offer. Don't forget the coupons. They provide big savings and it's not like some stores where everything is always marked down. I had received an online order that was damaged and the online associates were not able to help me replace it in a timely manner for my baby shower. PROS: We've gotten some really good buys here. (Some things aren't so modestly priced; some are. It pays to do your homework these days.) The staff here is friendly and helpful, and whoever manages the place seems to be doing a bang-up job, as the store itself is always immaculately clean and consistently well lighted. This store is the first or second cheapest place in Oklahoma City to buy DampRid -- especially if you have your 20% off coupon in hand! I decided to come in because I had a coupon for 20% off any item (Just sign up for their newsletter, wait for the email, and then unsubscribe!) I didn't really have any needs, but I do love a good deal and hate passing them up. Plus, there are things I want... so why not splurge on myself a little? I passed the shelves and shelves of items that are supposed to make your home pretty, organized, and helpful to get to the candle section. I like that they have a candle of the day/week/whichever that has 20% off, but they rarely have the sale on a flavor I like. C'est La Vie. At check out, the guy had a very positive attitude and made the check out experience pleasant as well. He even tried to sell me some promotional item - a tiny wooden cutting board. I basically only shop here if I have a 20% coupon. The clearance racks can be pretty good, if you pick through "as is" and broken stuff. We registered for our wedding here, because I like to think of other people and knew everyone could use a coupon lol. The process was easy and they have a really great return policy. A few months after your wedding, you get an "event" before there store opens and everything you buy off your registry is 20% off. The SimpleHuman trash cans are worth every penny, and we love our kitchen one! The same brand trash bags are expensive but SO AMAZING. They fit the cans like a glove and don't stretch or break and I overload my trash bags, trust me! I also enjoy their selection of single piece Rubbermaid/food storage products. Sometimes I don't want to buy a whole set, I just want more of one size and usually you can find that here. I just wish they were a little more modern in the home part. The towel colors were blah, the curtain options so so and the shower curtains were a definite no. Oh and their knives go on major sale, and sometimes you can use a coupon! Super impressed by the customer service and winning attitudes of the staff here! My husband and I stopped in near closing for an emergency run of household items, (newlyweds with a new apartment) and as we slowly progressed through the store, we encountered at least 8 different associates, all of whom asked us if we were finding everything okay, needed help with anything, or had any questions. At first, I chuckled, thinking they were just trying to hurry us through the store so they could close. However, no one was impatient or short with us, and when we apologised for taking our time during closing, we were told it was fine and not to worry about it. Then, the associates gladly escorted us to the items we were looking for without rushing us or making us feel in the least bit hurried. The ladies at the registers were also polite and friendly, even though they had to keep one register open for us to complete our purchases. Every query we posed was answered with a clear knowledge of the products and location of said items in the store. It was well worth the extra drive and late stop to enjoy such a lovely shopping experience. read more

Came into the store today with my Mom to buy bath towels, bath rug, bed skirt and a rug for her door going outside, a few cocktail glasses etc. There were 2 different sets of black towels, that's it, to find out if they could order more of the ones we chose took a good 10 minutes, next we went to find a bed skirt, I called the store from inside the store because we couldn't find 1 employee! I called and after waiting more than five minutes for anyone to arrive so we decided to get the towels and leave, as we were walking we saw an employee walking towards us and I told her if she's going to bedding don't worry we are gonna get these towels and leave, she said ok and sorry, we went to check out and only had the option to self checkout and that is how I'd rather checkout! Not at Bed Bath Beyond! The self checkout was messed up and I was done trying. This store is not worth your time if you need any kind of help. If you have a lot of time and need no help you will be fine, you will have to wait in a long line if you have any kind of questions at customer service. They of course will have the typical excuse of Covid19 that's why they have no employees. They need to lock the doors and close up, they aren't there to help customers. The sales associates were confused also and trying to fix it but management claims that is how it's going to be. Bad business practices. There was some confusion over a 20% off any item coupon that I received in a email just for signing up for future offers. I purchased a item and opted to pick it up in the store. The Lady online told me to print off the coupon and and show it at checkout when I go to pick it up at the store . She also noted it on the order. When I approached the girl at the internet pickup register I could tell she was in a bad mood. No smile returned. She told me my internet 20% off coupon was not the one I was suppose to bring to the store. The coupon that is used at the store would be emailed within 24 hours. The lady at the main customer service number did not say anything about 24 hours. I was able to get her to apply the discount after some back and forth exchanges. I told her I was sorry for the confusion and taking up her time. I do not shop at BBB. I only purchased this one item because it was priced right. I will probably not go there again. Not because of the experience but because it is too far out of my way. On a side note they did have a super nice stainless steel coffee maker I thought about buying.It was priced at 1999.99.
