I was assured that the couch being delivered would be a brand new piece, not the damaged floor model. When the couch was delivered, it had damage in the exact same location as the floor model I had pointed out. I was told the couch they delivered came from the Tulsa location. I was skeptical so I asked the delivery driver where he picked up the couch. He picked up the couch at the Okc location. On top of that, the couch arrived missing 8 of the 16 legs. Replacement legs were later delivered, but those were also damaged. I was told a replacement couch and legs would be ordered and delivered within three weeks. Three weeks passed with no updates and no replacement parts. Each contact was initiated by me and with each inquiry the communication consisted mostly of being told the parts were expected "any day." I was offered a floor model, which I declined since I paid for a new couch. After weeks without a proper resolution, I finally submitted a credit card dispute. Interestingly, right after that I was informed replacement parts had suddenly "arrived," which raises questions given the timing. Very disappointing experience. I generally love supporting small businesses, but this situation is a reminder to document everything, every time. I work long hours away from my family to be able to afford purchases like this, so it's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when something that should be straightforward turns into an ongoing issue that feels rooted in dishonesty.

So glad we did because turns out we didn't like it and ended up falling in love with this other couch. Brandon was our guy that helped us. He was great and the process to order and pay was a breeze. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. We haven't had any issues!

PLEASE READ THIS before you purchase a warranty from Living Spaces…read more Their warranty is a complete and total scam. I was heavily persuaded to purchase their extended warranty for my sectional. The store reassures you it will cover spills and stains that cannot be removed with the cleaning kit you receive at the time of purchase. We have had zero luck removing the stains. We have also been trying to get this resolved for the last 8 months. We simply wanted to exchange, not a refund. We were sent to the store by Uniters, warranty company. They informed us we would need to settle this in the store. The store redirects you to call Uniters again. Back & forth over and over again. I have read there is a class action lawsuit against Living Spaces. If so, we would love any information anyone has to jump on that. Hopefully no one else becomes scammed by this company.
