Shopping is easy and comfortable here; lots of room to walk around. My friend was using a walker, and she was able to move without fear of bumping into things. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

We found primo parking and stepped into a bustling boutique full of lovely gifts, clothing for babies and little ones and women's clothing, shoes and accessories. A lot of the stuff is just not exactly my style - like the large selection of Brighton - a trend that seems to hang on pretty hard in central Oklahoma, same for all the Miss Me. But I was pleased to see a huge selection of Tom's shoes, fun and trendy dresses, blouses and skirts, as well as pajamas, robes, and lots of jewelry that I would wear. A lovely woman helped us as we tried to track down Tom's for me to wear under my wedding dress. Everyone in the shop was the right blend of helpful without even a hint of pushiness. They keep track of what it is you're looking for and place a courtesy call when your order comes in. If we had more time, I'm sure I would have done a lot more damage, but as it happened, I found a skirt on sale, a great summer dress and got my name on the list for their next Tom's order. Over Thanksgiving I went to Oklahoma to visit my daughter and her family. I've been looking for a…read moregood leather jacket and like to check out the local bike shops (LBS) when traveling. On Monday after Thanksgiving I found this LBS in Yelp. I went to their review and RIGHT ON their website had SEVERAL riding jackets for women! THE 1st jacket I tried on was THE ONE! I looked at a few others but went back to that 1st one and loved the snug fit, soft leather, warm lining and the way it hugged my curves! I ended up with the jacket, a fleece lined neck gator and some leather conditioner. Tuesday I go to the airport and wear my jacket for the 1st time, took it off for security and it ripped on the inside sleeve liner snap-down. That was disappointing What the lining is "supposed to" look like..... and it ripped when I took it off THE 1ST time ..... not real happy if this is the actual quality of workmanship to look forward to. I'm still giving them 5 stars for the selection of jackets and clothing for women, the wall of patches and the amount of gear they carry. I'm going to sew on the snap-down when I get home but they make the jackets there so any hardware repairs can be fixed (by mail for me) locally. Will report back after a few rides wearing my new jacket!
