No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.

I'm pretty impressed by The Shoe Carnival, and they seem to do a really good job keeping things interesting and nice and cheap and overall they're good, however what I have noticed is that their selection isn't always the most extensive, but having said that they have a lot of good stuff here, and it's cheaper than most stores. The staff at Precision specialize in offering and fitting orthotically optimal shoes, whatever your foot needs. Kristy helped me and knew every brand, style and color option for the excellent lines they carry, like Olukai, Dansko and Dunham, and use the latest in technology to measure your feet, not just in length and width but in pressure points and arch. I will be buying my shoes here from now on. The selection is not at large as some stores and the lines they carry can be more expensive than stores at the mall or discount shops, but they will ensure you have a good fit and keep your feet and toes as healthy as they can be. The prices are comparable to other places that carry similar products. I am giving this place 2 stars because of some of the sales staff. I truly hate feeling like I am being stalked by sales staff, but that is exactly what it feels like, especially on my last visit. I was looking at the Hokas and a young lady comes up and asks me if I am looking at Hokas (I wanted to say something snarky but refrained).. then she says my name is (I forgot her name) and to let her know if I needed help. I continued looking. The entire time I looked she was within 15 feet of me "straightening" and asked me every 5 minutes if I was still doing ok. It reminded me of furniture shopping at Mathis Brothers for those of you out there who have experienced that. I can appreciate someone wanting to do his/her job well, but this was way over the top. This location did not have what I was looking for so the next day, I went to the Norman location. I walked in, was greeted and the young lady said her name was (forgot her name too) and to let her know if I needed help and left me alone to shop. I even thanked her as I was checking out for not being like the location on Memorial.

It's not to big, but it's not too small. It's just right! You're not overwhelmed with choices or pushy salespeople (cough dillards), but there is definitely at least one pair of fabulous shoes at Betsy King for everyone. I left with one pair, while dreaming of another. Not to mention, it is just darling inside. It's vintage, a little retro, with some splashes of modern.
