I have an online account and was going to add the receipt, but there's no place on the site to add one, nor is there a place that even shows points, but I've been told by several people that they give points for each purchase. If not, then I'm going to return the jeans I purchased and go buy them at my regular place (Boot Barn), that does give points each time I buy something. I just happen to be driving by Tener's since I was in the area of Reno in Okc. I doubt very seriously that I'll be back (besides returning the jeans for a refund), unless they can fix this issue. On a sidenote. Coupons that they send you are only good online apparently, not in store. My regular store (Boot Barn) allows you to use your coupons online or in store.

I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but the entire experience was incredible. James's attention to detail, understanding of what I was looking for, and ability to guide me through options that would actually add to my wardrobe were excellent. He took his time, answered all my (very uninformed) questions, and made the process comfortable and enjoyable. I was honest about how far out of my comfort zone I was, and he couldn't have been more patient or professional. I know custom-fitted, high-quality clothing can be an investment, but when you're ready to purchase something that's perfectly selected and fitted for you, this is the place to go. Top-notch experience in every way--outstanding people, exceptional quality, and genuine hospitality.

Last week I purchased a dress here for more than I would normally spend, but I was desperate because I needed it for the next day. I decided to size up because I liked it a little more flowy, even though that caused me to have to majorly pin the top half to keep it from falling off! My issues began a few minutes after putting the dress on. My friend spotted a hole about an inch long in the back along the seam and I was so sad I didn't see it at the store, but figured I would just get it repaired when I got the huge top altered down. Continuing on with my morning an hour in it's completely ripped about a foot in the back. I sit down for the first time with my new slit in the back and the side splits open completely! The dress just disintegrated within hours of putting it on. I was so sad to see what a horrible quality this dress was, especially given how much I paid for it! So a terrible quality product, eh that sucks but the icing on the cake was how I was treated when I brought it back to the store for a refund. Normally a small local business would be so embarrassed that they carried such a faulty product and try to make it right for a customer and treat them with respect. But that's not how the management of silver accents handles things. They blamed me for the product being faulty, repeatedly told me how they would be out of money and they couldn't share the faulty nature of the piece with their market. Then they refused to give me a refund for the insane amount I was charged for the horrible quality dress. They wanted me to shop around and use store credit - like I'd be dumb enough to ever shop in this place again now that I know their quality and management. Overall I recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

Ironically, I was pleased to see their selection Levi's, since my dad wears them and had trouble finding his common size here at home. Ladies and men's attire had a large, excellent selection; however their women's work clothes were minimal, which surprised me. I really thought I'd be able to go in and grab some multi functional bibs and such for not only working projects at home but for work as well, with no luck. Shockingly minimal selection for the blue collared ladies. Anywho, it won't stop me from going back in and I've recommended them to a few of my buddies from work, when they're in town too!

Together we searched locations for the specific style, size, color(s), considered time schedules of delivery (this in case I wanted to pick them up in TX), reviewed prices, online discounts, in store discounts, etc. Eventually, after extensive efforts on her part with online pricing, online discounts, manager overrides, etc. vs in store pricing, I gave in to a specific price she was able to secure. On top of that she sent notification to the Mesa (Alma School Rd.) store, asking then to honor the price given on the boot in store. Shown in photos. I will be leaving a separate review for the Mesa Boot Barn. I'm gonna state here that the gentleman "assisting" me was nowhere near as helpful and the manner he handled the transaction was questionable. So boots, two pair, were ordered to be shipped and picked up at store in Mesa, AZ. Payment was made. Emails received of order. And once the order had arrived at the store I did receive a call that they were ready for pickup. Overall the OKC Boot Barn experience was very positive. They really went above and beyond. I wish I could've given them 100% of my business. Was going to give 5 stars but somewhat disappointed the online pricing didn't also reflect the in store price. FWIW, Free Shipping over $75 AND Boots Ship Free, per their website. So the price doesn't reflect any shipping cost.
