Brought a phone in for a battery change. They called later saying they would have to order the battery. Almost 3 weeks later it came in. Got the phone home and it quit working within hours. Took it back in, they said they needed to replace another part. Long story short, they had the phone for over a month. When I finally went in just to get the phone and my money back, they gave it back destroyed. Screen is broken and it wont turn on. They wanted to charge me more money to fix it! Manager made promises, but then later refused to fox it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am reporting them. I just had to buy a new phone and my old one was still pretty new. read more

Brought an IPhone 6S Plus in for water damage. Was quoted $30 for the cleaning & corrosion prevention. Was called back and was told it was repairable and would be $170 dollars and ready in a few hours. Called to check on it after several hours and was told that they got in the wrong docking port and they now had to get the correct part. The following day they called and said it was fixed. Picked it up only to find it wouldn't charge. Returned it and was told it was a bad docking port & they would change it out. Picked up again only for it to still not charge correctly. Called the manager & he said they would check the docking port again & Check the battery & it would take 2 hours. 5 1/2 hour came to the store & was told 30 more minutes. Another hour later I was told it was the battery & they replaced it. Save your $ & time and go somewhere else. read more

I took my iPhone6 to them this morning because I had cracked the screen. They said it was $160 and they could do it in 1-2 hours. I was willing to pay for convienence (and the price was listed on their website), so I dropped off my phone- which was still working and was turned ON when I handed it over. I returned at the agreed up on time (11:30am) to be told that my phone will not boot up and it was probably the "board" and that it most likely happened when I dropped it. (which isn't true since I had been using it all night and all morning prior to taking it to them). They were polite and explained that They could replace the screen but I would have to take it to the Apple store for them to fix or replace...and I couldn't tell Apple that I had the screen replaced. Really? While I stood and waited for 10 minutes for them to put a screen on my brick- two other customers came in. One lady carried her phone up and said "I don't want to be a pain, but this STILL doesn't work" and the said ok, they took it to the back to look at. Then a gentlemen came in and said that he had just had his screen replaced a couple of days ago and now it's cracked again! So of the 3 customers in the store NONE were satisfied. My frustration just escalated with their shrugs, basically saying- too bad, there's nothing we can do. I was still charged the $160 for the screen, even though they broke my phone ( I wouldn't have minded paying the cost of the screen- Apple charges $109 by the way. They offered me a free tempered glass screen cover thing... so that when Apple fixes my phone or gives me a new one-(I hope)- they offered to install it. Fat chance, I'm never going back there again. I would like to add, I probably would have given them the benefit of the doubt, except for the other not satisfied customers who were there at the same time as me. I was only there for 15 minutes! It made the whole place feel sketchy to me. Follow up- I went to Apple yesterday and the phone was not "Apple ready" as the technician told me it would be. They could totally tell within 2 seconds that it had 3rd party parts. Apple was so nice though, that they still replaced my phone. They would have replaced it anyway- so I spent $160 for nothing. Live and learn I guess. Also telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. read more

6 months and 2 screens later, I will not be taking my iPhone back. The screens they use must be the worst quality ever. The first one was defective and stopped working after 4 months. The second one got scratched by change in my pocket and cracked just days later. I have been carrying my iPhone(s) 1-6 in my pocket and never had an issue with the oem screens. On 1/7 Kyle took my order for an iPad mini screen replacement. We had the wrong password which I called and gave him the correct password within 10 minutes as requested. I went to pick up the iPad mini on 1/17. The iPad was locked out and said that it required 23 million minutes to reboot. I was a little surprised that after demanding the password for reboot that the iPad was not in working order. The actual screen replacement was done by Erin who seemed competent, but the store manager Rahi was rude, not easy to work with and refused to let me talk with his manager. I then called the main office to deal with a district manager named Ryan. Evidently Ryan has no back up when he is out and problems arise and he won't be available until Tuesday. The right thing to do would have been to charge parts for the screen and refund any labor as the mini wasn't in working order when we picked it up. I paid $120 at drop off. I'm frustrated with the level of communication, the attitude of Rahi the manager and the overall level of Customer Service. Rahi is quite immature to be a manager and it shows with his dealings with customers. Go to Apple at least they stand by their work! read more

Took my phone in to Aren after dropping it in the toilet...and then I got rice stuck in all the holes making it think my headphones were plugged in not allowing me to listen to anything except on speaker. Oh did I mention, she saved my life! All my newborn baby pictures were not backed up but thankfully everything was saved. Go nowhere else. read more

I took my cell phone in for a new battery and they told me it would take 3-5 days. Never heard from them, I had to keep calling or showing up there. Finally 2 weeks later I dropped my phone off only for them to break the circuit board inside and the glass on the back. They said they would replace all for free but when they did get the parts in something happened to the first battery and had to reorder one. I had to get a prepaid phone while my phone was broken and had to pay for it out of my own pocket!! Then I never heard from them so I again had to keep calling or showing up about my phone only to find out that they fired the guy that worked on my phone (My phone wasn't the only phone he broke apparently) and that they couldn't do anything to fix my phone. So when I went to pick up my broken phone (which i then received with a now broken screen) they graciously (note the sarcasm) said they would refund me my money I spent on the battery I paid for or I could give them MORE money and they would get me a phone like mine. It's been 2 weeks since all of this and I still haven't seen my refund and I cannot get a store manager when I call. Don't waste or time or money on them! read more
