Not only did he give me the prices over the phone. He also got me scheduled in super fast! I felt like VIP as soon as I walked in the door. They had a nice quaint waiting area with a clean bathroom and the demo display was breathtaking actually. Man they have it for you! The remote start was explained and done professionally. I can't have asked for a better experience. They even said if I have any troubles with the system to reach out and they would walk me through any help they could provide. It was pricey... I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

I had a nail in my tire that was causing air to leak out and I needed to find a place that would…read morepatch it before I went home from work today. A lot of places I went to were supposed to be open for another 45 min to an hour but they said they were closing up because of the heat and wouldn't be able to see me until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to find this place and called to see if they were still open. They were, til 7pm!! I was able to get in with them and they took care of the nail that was in my tire and got me on my way. The best thing was they plug tires for free and it's $25 for them to patch it up. As I sat and waited, they had a few customers in front of me, I decided to walk around and was surprised to see this place was actually really big. I have no idea about rims but they have alot of nice ones for sale...along with an array of tires. If you need the bathroom or a real waiting room walk past the front desk down the hall and you'll see the bathrooms on the left and the waiting room straight ahead with a tv.

As instructed by the tire company I went back to the store I bought them. I was told by the manager I had to buy 2 more tires to get this one replaced. This is an unethical way to do business. Tried calling the customer support for Texas tire. No response. The manager at first wouldn't even speak to me. He sent his tech. But after a few minutes he came out and made the statement about doing the tire warranty after I bought 2 more. Things got escalated and he called the police on me and claimed I had a gun. The cops came. Seen it was bs. Could see my side of things. Recommended I contact consumer affairs in which I have. Avoid this place at all cost. In the two screenshots, you will see the mangers response to my posts about him not warranting my tire, putting my family at risk and lack of professionalism.
