This used to be a good place to get tires. However the new manager is a lair and a crook. I bought…read more2 tires from them in July. I had one go bad and it's an obvious manufacturer flaw. As instructed by the tire company I went back to the store I bought them. I was told by the manager I had to buy 2 more tires to get this one replaced. This is an unethical way to do business. Tried calling the customer support for Texas tire. No response. The manager at first wouldn't even speak to me. He sent his tech. But after a few minutes he came out and made the statement about doing the tire warranty after I bought 2 more. Things got escalated and he called the police on me and claimed I had a gun. The cops came. Seen it was bs. Could see my side of things. Recommended I contact consumer affairs in which I have. Avoid this place at all cost. In the two screenshots, you will see the mangers response to my posts about him not warranting my tire, putting my family at risk and lack of professionalism.

We took the car to Texas Tires and had what seemed like a positive experience at the time--fast service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, that experience has now turned into a costly headache. During my vehicle's first routine oil change and tire rotation, the shop discovered that the lug nuts on the rear passenger-side tire (the one Texas Tires worked on) were completely different from the rest--and worse, they had seized to the wheel studs. Because of this, the tire couldn't be rotated, and now I'm being told the wheel studs will need to be replaced at a cost of over $800. To make matters worse, when I called their corporate number to report the issue, they claimed I must have had the wheel lug nuts replaced at some point--shifting the blame onto me rather than owning up to using the wrong lug nuts in the first place. This deflection is deeply frustrating and unprofessional. This was completely avoidable. Had the SAME lug nuts been used and proper care taken, I wouldn't be facing an $800 repair bill. I expected better from a business that claims to stand behind their work. I absolutely cannot recommend them!

We downsized to an apartment. We bought a new refrigerator in December. . It had to be a smaller…read moreone with the freezer on the bottom. We found one at Best Buy. We were told that the door could be changed at time of delivery, if needed. It also did not come with an ice maker. We ordered it and paid for it. We were told it would be delivered and installed when the refrigerator was delivered in February. On the delivery date, only the refrigerator came. Ice maker on back order. The door had to be reversed because when you opened it there was no counter to put things. The delivery men said reversing the door was not on their work order, and they could not do it. They had 18 jobs that day and reversing the door would play havoc with their schedule. Best Buy was contacted again and we were told men would come on Friday to reverse it. There would be an additional charge of $69.99 to do it. The ice maker was still on back order and it would be June or July (maybe) before we see it. When we called once again to complain about the $69.99 we were told that this happens often that sales people promise one thing but Best Buy's policy says another. She would see if this could be reduced. Today we found out that the adjustment was all of $7.00. They were told to keep their money., and we have bought the last thing ever from Best Buy. The only positive thing about this was the delivery men were cordial.
