They recommended ceramic front and best quality 5% on the other windows. Dropped car off on a Tuesday since I was heading out of town fir three days. They kept the car safe and locked up until Friday when they tinted it. They were out of the 5% they were going to put on my other windows and ended up putting ceramic 5% on all the other windows for no extra cost. Then they made a special trip to their location on Saturday at 5:30 pm to open up and get my car out. Took payment and touched up any issues and explained how to take care of it and make it last. Great customer service and great tint job.

Took it back after having it a little over a week because it sounded horrible and the back speakers did not even sound like they were hooked up. I took it in they spent about 15/20 minutes on it and try to tell me it was an app I was using. I took it to another audio place and they corrected it. Beware of this place it's sketchy at best. The people who install the audio are rude and act they would like to be anywhere else but there. Very disappointed. Enter at your own risk. You've been warned.

Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT bring your car here for window tint…read more I have already had to bring my car back TWICE, and now I'm about to make a THIRD return visit because they still cannot get the job right. I paid very, VERY good money to have my brand-new car tinted with the highest-quality tint they offer. Instead, I ended up with such horrible glare and streaking underneath the tint at night that I genuinely do not feel safe driving my new car. Visibility at night is terrible. And instead of taking responsibility for the installation, they have tried blaming everything else. I was told it could be hard water from sprinklers or rain. Are you kidding me? Apparently rain is enough to ruin professionally installed, premium window tint now? I tried to be patient. I tried to be understanding. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When they attempted to "fix" the problem, they replaced the tint on only one side of my car. Not only does the replacement STILL have streaks underneath the tint, but now there is also a massive scratch in the tint that is clearly visible from the outside of the car. So after paying premium money for their highest-quality tint, I've been left with a brand-new car that has poor nighttime visibility, streaks underneath the tint, AND a huge visible scratch -- after multiple attempts to get the job corrected. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of their work, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicle tinted. And if you think paying top dollar for a terrible installation means they'll simply refund you when they can't get it right? Good luck with that. Three trips to a tint shop for a brand-new car should NEVER be necessary. I paid for a professional job. What I got was a headache, wasted time, and tint that looks worse after they tried to "fix" it. Absolutely ridiculous. Crappy service. Wish I never even considered this place to begin with. If I could leave less than a one star review I would!
