Spent 500$ on my set up prior to brining it to them and I took it here just to get installed and when I got it back apparently my amp was broken which makes no sense when it was working the same day . When I questioned him about it he got in my face tried to fight me called me a bitch said I'm a lying ass "n word "literally shoved me back. I said it's crazy that your out here messing peoples stuff up and his response was I've been here for 24 years bitch get out of here with that petty shit, and he could whoop my ass, just because I asked for a refund bc they messed my amp up. Poor service wish I would have called the cops. Trying to get a 1 on 1 fight with me! And said he'll beat my homie up,which happened to be my twin brother that I shared the system with both 17 years ol. Guy definitely has some anger issues be careful coming here. read more

I had system hooked up, sounding good but amp quit on me, went back said amp did not have enough power, so I brought a whole new system from him and gave my son the old speakers since amp broke on me. Got new system same thing amp quit working, went back had it sent off because it was still under warranty, got it fixed put back in samething, this time I refuse to go back and will never go back to them. Went to other place they said my amp could not push my speakers, should have never been a 2 channel amp should be one channel 3000 watts but they should have known this especially since it was my 3rd time going back because of issues. They lost me forever as a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone! read more

Intense Car Audio - I took this when I walked in the store - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

We walked in with the part that needed to be replaced. Rene and his crew we clear, relatable and fast. We had been quoted too much and a long wait other places. HIGHLY RECOMMEND INTENSE! read more

I had a amp and 15inch sub installed today in my Cadillac XTS. Overall I am very impressed with the entire staff and service provided. Extremely knowledgeable about adding aftermarket equipment to complex luxury vehicles. Pricing was more than fair and I will be a returning customer in the future! read more

I did not come here to have lots of new things installed, I came here with an immediate need for a diagnostic. Itstarted in the morning, my car audio problems. I messaged Projekt Sik1 (www.projecktsik1.com) for a recommendation, as they have been supremely helpful with my aftermarket automotive needs since I moved to OKC last year, then followed up with a Google search and with both this place came highly recommended. So I messaged them and they surprisingly answered immediately (A+ since few businesses monitor their social media feeds) thankfully. I inquired if I could come in without an appointment and be seen and they come on by. I got there and they immediately took in my car, diagnosed the minor problem of component simply coming slightly loose, fixed it and re-secured the equipment, and sent me on my way. They will definitely get my next business when I start to upgrade my other car's audio later this summer. I highly recommend this shop for your car audio needs. read more

Rene and his team are doing good work. There's something about going to a business ran by cool people. Had them install a stereo in a truck. Sounds and looks great. Will definitely be my spot for anything vehicle related. They can do it all. read more

What an incredible experience. These guys know their stuff. They work with professionalism and courtesy, and genuinely took an interest in what I was expecting. I actually dropped my truck off at 2pm to have a new system installed. They ended up having to build a box for my speakers to fit inside, and they still had everything completed and ready to go by 5:00 that same day. My truck sounds great! The installation was perfect and professionally done. I definetly recommend Intense Car Audio above all others. The owner/manager Rene, kept me in the loop the whole time and I appreciated his dedication in getting the job done quickly, yet efficiently for me. Thanks Intense Audio. Y'all really are the best! read more

I took my antique truck in to get the speakers replaced. This business was the only one I could find that did that sort of work. I had already purchased replacement speakers from a big box company. They looked at the truck, the speakers and told me to come back several hours later. When I returned, they took my truck to the back and less than 20 minutes later brought it back completed. It was all very efficient, professional and thorough. They gave me the old speakers, which were blown, and told me if I had problems or needed anything further, I could give them a call or drop by. I was in and out in no time! read more

This day and age it surprising to find such great customer service! They installed tinted windows, stereo and speakers for my son and treated him with nothing but the utmost respect and the prices were more than fair. Great in every aspect :) read more

Intense Audio installed a system in my 2018 Silverado and it came out really nice. Truck audio sounds great and work looks professional. Employees were friendly and they only needed a few hours to complete the install. Owner even gave me a ride back to the office, so I would not have to wait there while the work was being done. Highly recommend them if you are looking to have audio work done to your vehicle. read more
