I've left a review, and a manager there suggested in response that I give them another try because they had had training. So I called again about a month ago. I man answered. I told him what I needed. He said the person I needed to talk with wasn't in and could I call back in a couple of hours. What is wrong with these people? I asked if he could please take my number and call me. He said, "Oh! Of course!" I never received a return call. I'll be surprised if this business survives. I don't know who trains these people, but I think the trainer needs a trainer. I've deleted OKC Auto Works from my contacts and will not call again. read more

Kept car for days, states couldn't contact due to apparently leaving "wrong number". Called in and had to keep leaving messages for mechanic that was supposed to work on car with name and number, not sure how there was a problem with communication I had even listed email, that could have been used if there was truly a problem reaching me? Also guy didn't even seem to take an actual look at my car, felt maybe he didn't have the time (could have just been honest with me when I originally called in). When I had picked up my car, keys were handed to me with out any sort of verification. My AC only needed freon; they could have told me something that would have been more profitable for them. But they were HONEST. I dealt directly with Brian. No runaround and no BS. Came in and was greeted right away. After filling out the paperwork Chester the adjuster came right up to help with the quote. He seemed fairly honest and said the only way to fix the trunk was a whole new lid and those aren't cheap. I believe this since the other adjuster from Midwest Auto Collison told me the same thing with the extent of the damage. The office is pretty clean and the personnel are pretty helpful. They are Eskridge Honda's exlusive body shop so they are pretty reputable from what I hear. Farmers insurance automatically uses them as a default location and after my hail damage, they told me to just go there without having an adjuster come to my place. This shows confidence in the work. I came out here in July and talked to Joe Jilge on Jul 11th and he was great. Explained what he felt it needed for the hail damage and the back issue... could work the two claims at the same time. He also stated he will work with the other insurance company that was trying to undercut my settlement. I have scheduled a 21st July appointment to ensure I can be out of town during the repairs. On the 21st I dropped off the car, signed a statement and was on my way. I was gone to Scotland for 3 weekd so I called around the 14th and was informed that the trunk lid was back ordered and the lead time was 2 + weeks. This works in my favor as adding additional bondo to fix the trunk seemed absurd. OKC Auto Works fought the insurance company to ensure it was fixed properly. I finally picked up my car on my schedule and it looks like a brand new car again. They even fixed the scratches on the front bumper and touched up some nicks and washed the car. Very impressed and all I had to pay was my deductible. They went far above and beyond my expectations so despite the extra time needed, I couldn't justify giving them less than a 5 star review. Highly recommend if you want the car fixed right the 1st time. read more

My Honda was rear ended, fortunately not a lot of damage. I called the Honda dealer and they recommended OKC Auto works as it's who they use. I did call for an appointment to take the car in for an estimate. The Insurance company had dealt with them before and accepted their estimate and pictures of the damage. Heather was the person I met with about the damage. She was very professional, knew her stuff and I felt very confident. I did need an appointment for the body work. I was told it may take 2 weeks, but they had it back to me in a week. The damage on my rear bumper could of been mistaken for anything but a rear end collision. As it's plastic I was concerned that it would be difficult to replace and to match the paint as the car is 10 years old. But Heather put my mind at ease explaining that they had plastic welders and a super cool camera that took pictures of the paint on the car and matched it using the paint that is tied to my VIN #. Seriously, I cannot tell that my bumper was ever damaged and the paint even in the sun matches perfectly. The car was returned to me clean inside and outside. Vacuumed, washed and wiped down. Even sent home a small bottle of paint in case I wanted to touch up some scratches that weren't on their repair list. Kept me in touch with the progress with optional text messages which were much appreciated. read more

Dropped our truck off for an estimate on replacement of ARB modular bumper. We were informed after 2 days it would need replaced. When I called back and told them I wanted the old bumper, the guy acted mad that I wanted my $2600 old bumper back. We informed the mechanic on drop off that the Aux 1 switch was for the LED lights and to be careful not to hit the Aux 3 or Aux 4 switch (air compressor and train horn). When we picked up truck , Aux 3 suddenly isn't working? Additionally, we dropped the truck off with the tailgate locked and a bed cover installed, yet we had a lot of items stolen out of the bed of the truck. My fault for not removing the items, but I thought they could be trusted. They reviewed their cameras and "someone in a pick up truck came by and stole the items". To my knowledge they didn't file a police report, but have made the offer to pay to replace items. OKC Autoworks cut us a check for stolen items - they paid for everything we listed. I never write reviews, however I've been thoroughly impressed with my experience with OKC Auto Works. I was in an accident at the end of December. I went in the first week of January for a free quote and the employee was not only great to work with, but was realistic in establishing expectations of how long it would take to repair my vehicle. The next available appointment wasn't until March but I was more than willing to wait. I dropped off my vehicle full of crumbs and other mysterious items that were under my kids car seats after switching them to the rental and was in and out in 10 minutes for drop off. I was kept up to date on progress on my vehicle and was promptly notified when it was ready. I never once had to communicate with insurance regarding payment for the repair, they did all of it for me. My day was made when I picked up my vehicle today and opened the door to see that the interior had been wiped down and vacuumed. Upon getting my car back from the shop they go over all the work that was done and even went over everything one by one.
