DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! They tried to total 2 vehicles I brought their for hail damages. They ended up not being able to on my vehicle but the other vehicle they did. The car was not experiencing any problems before hand when we had it but as soon as it was in their possession it was making a knocking sound in the engine which was the reason the wrote off the car but they could not explain what was wrong with the vehicle. They said they could fix the hail damage for the same estimate I got from another body shop but the estimate was doubled. The other vehicle they did not do anything to but charged $7k for it to sit in their lot. They are very unprofessional one of the workers their named Tom cussed me and my mother out on the phone because we called him out on their lies. The car was only supposed to be in their shop for 2-3 weeks and every time I called to pick up the car on the day they gave me they pushed the dates back another week. They did this about 3-4 times. Around the time when I actually get to pickup my vehicle it came back with the passenger side visor was broken the sos button was pushed in possibly broken and the front lights aren't working. Again do not bring your vehicle unless your willing to risk losing your car or them fucking around with it. read more

We have used Freeman Collision Center probably 6 times in the past. We also have both recommended them to friends. I even sent my secretary there. I went in last week to get an estimate and repair for damage my car received on the highway from a brick falling off a truck. The conversation went as follows... "I need an estimate to get my car fixed." " Uhh, we only do estimates by appointment." "Oh, that's new. Okay, hiw about Friday at 1:30?" "Uhh, we only take appointments Tuesday thru Thursday.: I look at my calendar and mumble something. "Our last appointment is at 4." "Oh" It went on for a bit. Finally I just left in total frustration. Mind you 2 men were sitting there at the time doing absolutely nothing. The lady who I was talking to was incredibly condescending and gave a crap about me or my situation. It is a shame that a company that used to understand customer service and who actually pays the bills has forgotten their basics. We will never go back. And every chance I get, I will tell others how awful I was treated. I hope their back of house service hasn't failed as much as their front of house. If it has they won't be in business very long. The other driver, who was at fault and totaled my car, had a terrible cut-rate insurance company who significantly undervalued the replacement cost of my vehicle and used slimy high-pressure tactics to try to rush me into accepting their low-ball settlement offer. I had never been through anything like this and without Todd's guidance would have been taken advantage of by about $2,000. Todd took the time to carefully walk me through all of the details of what to expect and what to look out for. He also offered to fully evaluate and check computer error codes on my vehicle replacement prior to me making the purchase to make sure I wasn't buying a lemon. Wonderful service. Great attitude!! I had damaged my front grill and the first offer was to just get it put back instead of having to order parts and do a full repair. I opted for the quick fix and they were done in about a half hour. Other than a small scratch on the very bottom of my car's grill it looks good as new. read more

My daughter had a fender bender in her Mini Cooper (Betty Cooper) and we chose Freemans to have it repaired. They made the entire process so easy. I literally walked in and had an estimate in 20 minutes. They handled everything with the insurance company. While Betty was there we decided to have a few cosmetic things repaired on the inside as well. They handled it all at a reasonable cost. They also took care of getting us into a rental car for the time that they had Betty! We got her back looking brand new. They even had her detailed and repaired a flat on a low tire. Very professional and fast service. Dented our Subaru after hitting something on the road. Took our car in on a Tuesday and the owner evaluated it himself, promptly gave us an estimate, and ended up beating the estimate, getting the car back by Friday. Furthermore, even though the issue was external , the car was thoroughly cleaned inside - given the car was covered in our dogs hair, the clean alone was worth a couple hundred dollars. This place got such high reviews but I recommend thinking twice about going here. We took our car in for a bumper replacement and the estimate he gave us was very reasonable. While the car was in their possession, it all of a sudden was having issues. At first it was the battery, then the engine, then they said it was a computer issue. He claims he had his mechanic look at it who was the best in the business. Once the car was ready to be picked up the estimate they had originally told me had now doubled. Fast forward a few months later. I try to start my car and it wont start. The battery is dead. I take it to a highly reputable place for a new battery and I watched them replace it. At Freeman's what they ended up doing was putting in the wrong battery for the car. It was much smaller and they ended up putting it on a crate like apparatus to lift it in the car so it would work. And that cost me around $2,0000. Not once did they ever call and ask if it was okay to replace anything. I got updates on it but the "work" had already been done. And when I mentioned it to him he told me he was just happy I found the the right battery. I would do your homework and shop around. read more

Freeman was the last place I had the car towed to and it should have been the first, (the other places I had gone created estimates by asking me how much I had in savings), and Freeman was recommended by a friend who is a car enthusiast and had to have repairs made on his car. I spoke with the owner directly when I called to make inquiries. He was very professional and warm. I dropped my car off with little fuss; very nice office and waiting area. Great service!!! I had a scratch on my back hatch from a bike. I showed up. Todd, the owner, came out to start an estimate. He thought it could be buffed out. He sent it back. They did a color match buff and the scratch disappeared! Took no more than an hour. In comparison, I went to the dealership and they said it would have to go to the collision center.
