As a transgender woman in OkC, I'm always worried about entering traditionally masculine spaces. But from the first contact I had on yelp with Freeman collision until I drove off the lot with a brand new side mirror, the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was kind, the owner even quoted me for the car on a Saturday when the business was closed. I felt respected, cared for like I was already a friend and the cost was much less than I was fearing. Oh and the mirror looks great! Can't recommend them enough!! read more

While out of town for work early this year, I hit a deer. I was incredibly stressed about the repair process and having to work with insurance to make sure that everything was handled properly. I reached out to Freeman Collision Center due to their convenient location and positive reviews, and it was the best choice I could have made. From beginning to end, all of the staff at Freeman Collision Center were incredibly kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and kept me informed along the way. Todd Freeman, the owner, went out of his way to work with my insurance adjuster directly to make sure that he was returning my vehicle in excellent condition. I love my car, and I was so disappointed after the incident thinking it was unlikely my vehicle would be in the same shape after repair... but somehow they made it happen. Excellent experience and incredibly appreciative of everyone at Freeman Collision Center! read more

I'm absolutely thrilled to have had my vehicle fixed here. The last time I had to take my vehicle to a body shop was a total nightmare. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind and satisfaction. You guys are amazing!!! read more

My car was rear ended. When other collision centers said it would be months before they could get my car in, Freeman had me in within a week. They kept me updated on the status and timeline on the repairs. It looks as good as new. They worked with insurance and handled all the back-and-forth. They made a really stressful time as seamless as possible. Thanks so much! I hope I won't be needing collision services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Freeman. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! They tried to total 2 vehicles I brought their for hail damages. They ended up not being able to on my vehicle but the other vehicle they did. The car was not experiencing any problems before hand when we had it but as soon as it was in their possession it was making a knocking sound in the engine which was the reason the wrote off the car but they could not explain what was wrong with the vehicle. They said they could fix the hail damage for the same estimate I got from another body shop but the estimate was doubled. The other vehicle they did not do anything to but charged $7k for it to sit in their lot. They are very unprofessional one of the workers their named Tom cussed me and my mother out on the phone because we called him out on their lies. The car was only supposed to be in their shop for 2-3 weeks and every time I called to pick up the car on the day they gave me they pushed the dates back another week. They did this about 3-4 times. Around the time when I actually get to pickup my vehicle it came back with the passenger side visor was broken the sos button was pushed in possibly broken and the front lights aren't working. Again do not bring your vehicle unless your willing to risk losing your car or them fucking around with it. read more

7 minutes ago Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value My family and I live in Moore/Norman area but we always send anything and everything to Freeman's. I have been a customer going on 20 years and I will keep going g back. They do amazing work and I feel like Todd and his team go above and beyond every way they can. I feel like they are my advocate on navigating a difficult process and they always shoot straight. I highly recommend trying them and you won't be disappointed! read more

I recently took my suv into Freeman collision. There was more damage then expected from my accident, he took pictures and sent them to my insurance company. He took my vehicle to check the alignment and to get detailed before I picked it up. Todd kept me updated thru the entire process. My SUV looks as good as new! I couldn't be happier! He even fixed the small dents above my back passenger tire. 100% happy with how it turned out. read more

We have used Freeman Collision Center probably 6 times in the past. We also have both recommended them to friends. I even sent my secretary there. I went in last week to get an estimate and repair for damage my car received on the highway from a brick falling off a truck. The conversation went as follows... "I need an estimate to get my car fixed." " Uhh, we only do estimates by appointment." "Oh, that's new. Okay, hiw about Friday at 1:30?" "Uhh, we only take appointments Tuesday thru Thursday.: I look at my calendar and mumble something. "Our last appointment is at 4." "Oh" It went on for a bit. Finally I just left in total frustration. Mind you 2 men were sitting there at the time doing absolutely nothing. The lady who I was talking to was incredibly condescending and gave a crap about me or my situation. It is a shame that a company that used to understand customer service and who actually pays the bills has forgotten their basics. We will never go back. And every chance I get, I will tell others how awful I was treated. I hope their back of house service hasn't failed as much as their front of house. If it has they won't be in business very long. So sad. read more

The customer service is top notch. There were a couple other guys in the office that could have helped but Todd was always the first to come over me. Todd, the owner, was who I dealt with for the entire experience which I thought was pretty cool. Car turned out nice and everything smooth. read more

I hate to say I have a favorite body/repair shop but if you have to have one, this is the place to take your car. The owner and all the staff are incredibly proficient, but the best thing is the care and concern they show their customers. I have been so very happy with the work. My car always looks new. The repairs are excellent and my car is always detailed inside and out. An added bonus for these times was the extra sanitizing step. Thank you Todd and crew. read more

It took several times for this place to fix my car right. It wasnt worth going here. You will never be compensated by going here 50 times to have them fix your car correctly read more

I have used Freeman Collision Center forautomotive body work for more than 10 years on personal vehicles as well as business cars. They have always done an outstanding job on hail damage, major and minor collisions and other repairs. Todd is extremely experienced at working with Insurance companies. He knows the ins and outs of the business. And I always feel like I've had the best deal and the best workmanship in town. The shop is clean and the staff is helpful and polite. Wouldn't consider anywhere else for my friends and family. My auto always comes back to me beautifully detailed. read more

If I could give more than 5-stars I would!!! Todd is awesome. The other driver, who was at fault and totaled my car, had a terrible cut-rate insurance company who significantly undervalued the replacement cost of my vehicle and used slimy high-pressure tactics to try to rush me into accepting their low-ball settlement offer. I had never been through anything like this and without Todd's guidance would have been taken advantage of by about $2,000. Todd took the time to carefully walk me through all of the details of what to expect and what to look out for. He also offered to fully evaluate and check computer error codes on my vehicle replacement prior to me making the purchase to make sure I wasn't buying a lemon. Just a super thorough and thoughtful business owner. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents in the future, but if I do 10/10 I will go back to Freeman! read more

Wonderful service. Great attitude!! I had damaged my front grill and the first offer was to just get it put back instead of having to order parts and do a full repair. I opted for the quick fix and they were done in about a half hour. Other than a small scratch on the very bottom of my car's grill it looks good as new. read more

Todd is so friendly and really looking out for the customer. They were able to take my car and not only repair it, but full detail before returning it. They fully exceeded expectations on how the fixed the damage from the car accident. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

My daughter had a fender bender in her Mini Cooper (Betty Cooper) and we chose Freemans to have it repaired. They made the entire process so easy. I literally walked in and had an estimate in 20 minutes. They handled everything with the insurance company. While Betty was there we decided to have a few cosmetic things repaired on the inside as well. They handled it all at a reasonable cost. They also took care of getting us into a rental car for the time that they had Betty! We got her back looking brand new. They even had her detailed and repaired a flat on a low tire. It was very apparent that they care about their customers and want them to be satisfied with their service. We most definitely were! Thanks to Bruce and Todd and the super nice girl up front! ( Sorry, I did not catch her name and I should have!) I will definitely use Freeman's again in the future! read more

Very happy that we found Freeman Collision Center! The staff here truly deserve this rating as they were caring and kind, but also extremely professional! The repair was done in a timely manner and looked outstanding! Props for business done right! read more

Very professional and fast service. Dented our Subaru after hitting something on the road. Took our car in on a Tuesday and the owner evaluated it himself, promptly gave us an estimate, and ended up beating the estimate, getting the car back by Friday. Furthermore, even though the issue was external , the car was thoroughly cleaned inside - given the car was covered in our dogs hair, the clean alone was worth a couple hundred dollars. Fantastic experience. read more

Had some rear end damage and Freeman Collision Center took care of my vehicle. We had some hiccups but the owner took care of everything. Vehicle came back looking like new! Would highly recommend this body shop to anybody! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Freeman's!!! My fender and tire cover were severely dented. I originally picked Freeman's after reading their reviews (which were already superb) and my own personal experience even exceeded that. Todd Freeman was excellent to work with. I had many questions which he answered throughly, he was very communicative, and he worked with me on my requests. The service was very quick (dropped off on Tuesday, was done by Thursday) and the end result was perfect! My fender is new and blended perfectly like it's right off the lot! The car came back sparkling clean, even the tires. They also detailed the inside of my car and it was spotless. I'm very happy I came to Freeman's. My car looks brand new!! read more

They did a great job with my repairs. Customer service was great as well. The were quick as well.

I had considerable damage from an accident with my I3 BMW. Todd and his team did an incredible job on 10,000 with of front end driver side damage from number to the hood. I was very pleased with the results and the care and service I got from Todd. I've experienced other repair shops in OKC and Freeman will do it right. read more

This place got such high reviews but I recommend thinking twice about going here. We took our car in for a bumper replacement and the estimate he gave us was very reasonable. While the car was in their possession, it all of a sudden was having issues. At first it was the battery, then the engine, then they said it was a computer issue. He claims he had his mechanic look at it who was the best in the business. Once the car was ready to be picked up the estimate they had originally told me had now doubled. Fast forward a few months later. I try to start my car and it wont start. The battery is dead. I take it to a highly reputable place for a new battery and I watched them replace it. At Freeman's what they ended up doing was putting in the wrong battery for the car. It was much smaller and they ended up putting it on a crate like apparatus to lift it in the car so it would work. And that cost me around $2,0000. Not once did they ever call and ask if it was okay to replace anything. I got updates on it but the "work" had already been done. And when I mentioned it to him he told me he was just happy I found the the right battery. I would do your homework and shop around. read more

My husband got in a fender bender which while problematic seemed like a relatively easy fix. Freeman was the last place I had the car towed to and it should have been the first, (the other places I had gone created estimates by asking me how much I had in savings), and Freeman was recommended by a friend who is a car enthusiast and had to have repairs made on his car. I spoke with the owner directly when I called to make inquiries. He was very professional and warm. I dropped my car off with little fuss; very nice office and waiting area. We were sent a very reasonable estimate for repair and all told, our car looks brand new! They even detailed it before we picked it up. I don't think I would go anywhere else if (G-d forbid) we had another need for collision repair. I was made to feel comfortable from the beginning. I got a great deal on a superb repair on a car I am proud to drive. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I will recommend Freeman to anyone who is in a similar situation. read more

Freeman Collision Center - Can't even tell that it needed a repair. - Body Shops Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Deserving of UNLIMITED stars! Looking at this review years from now, EVERYONE will remember .. "The Feb 2021 Winter Storm". Frantically calling body shops around the city all which were closed due to the weather. I stumbled on Freeman who luckily was open and took me in as their own. They changed my life and perspective about this industry. These guys truly care- and know their stuff. great customer service with a team of staff with integrity, honesty, and a sense of urgency. They understand a vehicle is a critical component of a person's life and didn't let a minute pass before working toward repairing my car. Every step of the way, I was updated, and reassured. As a young adult woman (quite frankly completely uneducated in this industry), I have never had an automotive experience where I haven't felt taken advantage of. Todd took great care of me - took the time to talk with me through all my concerns- and my fears were alleviated. I never felt rushed or that I was a burden. Less than 2 days, my car came back better than I ever imagined, at a price lower than I EVER imagined!! I was looking at a multi thousand dollar insurance claim, and they fixed everything for under the cost of my deductible! No insurance claim needed!! These guys are "good people". I was told by my dad at 16 to find a body shop you trusted, and have been looking in all the wrong places for 10+ years. I finally found someone I trust - Freeman Collision. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. We can all hope we won't be in this situation again, but I know I will be - it's inevitable. But next time, I know where I will go without hesitation ... FREEMAN COLLISION! Thank you! read more

Can not say 1 bad thing about Freeman. They are all amazing. Their work and work ethic is top notch. They do way more than auto body work.

One of the best experiences we've had in YEARS! Todd was helpful, friendly, and efficient, AND his estimate was far below that of others we'd spoken to prior to going to Freeman. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful company and top drawer work! read more

Great service!!! I had a scratch on my back hatch from a bike. I showed up. Todd, the owner, came out to start an estimate. He thought it could be buffed out. He sent it back. They did a color match buff and the scratch disappeared! Took no more than an hour. In comparison, I went to the dealership and they said it would have to go to the collision center. I went to get a quote and had to make a reservation for two days later, just to get a quote. read more

Another visit to Freeman, this time to have a long scratch on the passenger side buffed out and a rock chip on the hood repaired. The finished result was outstanding. You can't tell either were ever there. Dropped it off when they opened and got it back around lunchtime. And the cost was quite reasonable, especially considering the result. Another 5 star visit. read more

After an unfortunate string of events I found myself at Freeman Collision. They are local and I have heard some good stories about how well they do business. So I took my vehicle in for an estimate. My car was looked over immediately, and I received an estimate including a realistic time expectation when I should have my vehicle back. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, not only was I very impressed with the results, the vehicle was washed and the carpets shampooed as a curtesy! read more

Just a well run business. The owner is super nice and very punctual. They do great work! I would recommend 100 times!

I visited Freeman's collision, and Todd Freeman was the one who assisted me. I had poor work done at another shop that I was hoping to get fixed there. Todd Freeman was very rude, patronizing, and unwilling to help. I was totally shocked at his behavior. I was condescended, and talked down to. This man was not service oriented whatsoever, and could stand to learn something about being polite. He said he was not willing to take on someone elses poor repairs even though I was a paying customer. Last I was aware is that body shops were established to repair damage. If you need your car repaired spare yourself the drama, and go somewhere else. No one deserves this sort of treatment. read more

My car was totaled and it was really stressful for me to deal with insurance with everything going on Freeman's Collision Center walked me through the insurance process to get the most I could possibly get back for my car to replace the total loss.
