Geico adjusters informed me he keeps submitting supplements last one was for $12 Dustin is Threatening to keep my car hostage until paid from Geico (Already has multiple large checks I have given him.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have found out this is a normal thing with this man. I have been waiting to speak to him and he was telling another customer word for word the same as us. We have to have our car back so we are planning to take it without everything put back together just to get it back. Every time we call he tells us of another part he doesn't have to complete the repair. He is now telling us to go buy the part ourself and bring to him that he is being paid for by our insurance.
