BEST garage in the city! Don't trust anyone else with your car. Cindy will always be honest and give a good price.

Highly suggest not spending $1,300 for front struts (on their recommendation). I would suggest not letting their mechanic use his impact gun on your front lug nuts while cross threading them. Especially after you've just explained to them that you're about to take that car all the way to Los Angeles for work. Totally cool with you leaving their parking lot, straight to the highway only to find out you have lug nuts loose. Except for one. The one that was clearly put on with an impact gun and cross threaded. read more

The people at Beck's are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Prices are reasonable.

Let me start by saying Beck's Garage is a place you can trust and for me that seals the deal. As a woman, i have had my fair share of experience taking my car to dealerships, auto repairs etc. and having the run around of someone trying to take advantage or convince me of some repair that isnt needed. From the moment i went to Becks i knew that wasn't the case here. My first time doing service here they left me a kind thank you note in my car and I knew they cared. These are hard working individuals that run the shop and put the utmost care into your vehicle. They are always super prompt and call me prior to doing anythng to let me know the full cost and transparency. So thankful i found them right off Western! Pro tip: Call in advance and make an appointment. Thanks Beck's your awesome! read more

I wish I could write a good review because the couple times I came here a long time.Ago, the place used to be really good. But now i'm always told to go somewhere else when I call in for service, because they can't fix something.I haven't been here in years because they always tell me to go somewhere else read more

Quick and easy to work with. In and out on the same day. Will continue to go back to with any future problems.

I've been coming here now for 3-yrs. If you're car/truck is like your child, then you want the best Doctor. That's the way I feel about Becks. They're very precise, and rigorous in solving complex issues. Their billing is extremely transparent and imo - fair. If you're trying to find the cheapest place, this is not it. But again, I don't search for the cheapest Doctor for my kids. The work is guaranteed as well. read more

Excellent quality, well-informed staff, and fair on the value. They are pricy -- but you get the service requested and it's always done right, and if not, they'll fix it. Beware the "upsell" -- they are agressive about this -- I've been 'bit' a time or two when not fully aware, so one does have to be a careful consumer. Other than that, very much recommended. 31 years in business and going strong -- Jeff Beck and his wife, Teresa, are actively engaged in the business and on site daily. They are super folks and this shop is a true neighborhood 'gem.' An honest-to-goodness, old-fashoned "mom and pop" garage that gets the job done right. read more

Let me start by saying the work you receive here will be top tier. The thing is this is you will pay outrageously overpriced amount for the work if you have a specialty vehicle or just like to burn money to go to a place that looks cool and has bells and whistles then cool. But I felt robbed by this place. If they want to charge their Nichols Hills rich clients out the nose that's fine. They can afford it. But it's really low to exploit low income customers -which driving an 11 year old high mileage economy car should have made that clear. Anyhow, I Went to another reputable mechanic with their quote of recommended repairs that I declined. Some of them I was told were not truly. Necessary to fix or replace and the things that were the other place did for 4 times less than Becks wanted to charge. read more

If you want a customer experience like Americans had to have in the 20th century (one on one service, professional with a smile, no gouging), then Beck's Garage is for you. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a no brainer; if not, it's worth a drive! read more

I just bought a truck, and as many of you know, you always inherit a problem. The truck had an oil leak. Admittedly it seemed to run rough as well. I changed the spark plugs at home, but it still had some hiccups. After having them look at it they identified the oil leak (valve cover gasket), and recommended changing the fuel filter. Note the truck runs like a top, despite being over 40 years old. read more

The customer service odd amazing. They are hands down the best shop in the city. YOU WILL NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. They are more than fair and went above and beyond for me. I will use this shop and tell everyone I know to come here. Thank you Becks Garage. read more

Our first experience with Beck's definitely won't be our last! They were so nice about getting us in quickly, diagnosing the problem and giving us an estimate, which we felt was very fair compared to others we'd received. The replaced part solved the problem, so we are quite happy with the service at Beck's! read more

I've been taking my vehicles to Beck's for routine servicing for 2 years now. The service has always been impeccable. This week my Volvo threw a trouble code and developed a whining noise, so I took it in. Staff was very upfront that this was a unique trouble code and even if I paid for the diagnostics and smoke tests, it still might not tell them anything and I'd have to take it to a speciality shop. Unfortunately, the tests didn't yield any meaningful results but the staff refused to charge me anything for the tests. Even after I asked if we could split it, they felt it wasn't right to pass that charge along given there were no results. I appreciate their consistent outstanding customer service and honesty. read more

Professional, kind and fixed all the issues we needed fixed! Highly recommend! We got the recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we went with Becks! read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I called for a service and wanted to get an estimate for my car. The female customer service representative picked it up and immediately gave me attitude. It sounds like she doesn't want to be there or help with anything. I don't know what happened to her but when I requested to talk to the business owner she said the owner isn't there and said "I am sorry you have having such a bad day" I asked her that she didn't need to be rude and she laughed so loud like I told her a funny joke and replied with prayer with Jesus name is she mentally ok? What's going on with this person with this business? I asked the business owner name so I can try to get the service but she didn't even listen to what I and and kept on saying "I am sorry you are sad and angry and having a really bad day" wow! Just Wow! This person needs to LEAVE! She was so evil that I couldn't even start to say anything. Why so much hatred out of nowhere? read more

Friendly staff who was able to quickly fix a flat. Would go back for other maintenance issues

One of the better businesses I've been to. They diagnosed and fixed the issues with my car. Nick was professional and courteous. He seemed to know what he was doing, and my car drives a lot better since he's serviced it. A Honda dealership had quoted me $700+ for power steering pump replacement, which apparently did not need to be replaced. These guys resolved the issues in under $300. Beck's please keep up the great work..! You guys have earned my business. Not going anywhere else for my car in OKC. read more

Being a blonde woman bringing my car in for a "weird noise" I had a bit of trepidation but soon found out there was no need for that. He listened to me, kept me in the loop, explained things when needed and then fixed the problem (water pump) in a timely manner. Doesn't get much better than that! read more

I have a 2013 Volkswagen that won't hold a charge, even with a new battery. After we put in the new battery and it still didn't work, I called Beck's to see if we could get it in. I think every woman in the world will be pleased when a woman answers the phone at a garage. She listened, asked questions, took notes, and was polite and friendly. I took my car in on a Friday morning. They ran all the tests they could on it, without having access to VW dealership computers. They ruled out everything they could before calling me. The guy who called me could not have been nicer, explaining it to me in simple terms without making me feel like an idiot. He gave me plenty of information so I could talk to VW without stammering around like someone who doesn't know what she's talking about. When I went to pick it up, Jeff walked out to my car with me, and we talked through the problems again, before I took it to the dealer service department. Suffice it to say, OKC VW did not treat me with the same tenderness, care or concern. I think the next car I buy, I'll try to buy one that he can help me with, that's how good I felt about this whole Beck's part of the situation. read more

Beck's Garage - Jeep - Auto Repair Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I've taken my car to Beck's for 3 issues over the last year. 2 of those issues were not repaired correctly on the first trip. I understand these things happen occasionally, and it happens at all shops, not just Beck's. They did correct the issues when I came back in, but after an improperly installed belt broke wile driving, I decided I would no longer have my car worked on there. I recently needed a pair of sensors replaced, one of which was already replaced by Beck's and would have been covered by warranty there. I chose to take it to another mechanic, who kindly informed me that multiple hoses, including the fuel hose, were left unclamped. I feel this lack of attention to detail across multiple repairs is indicative of the quality of work done in this shop. read more

Just moved to OKC from out of town. Cole & team are very reliable and will explain any extra work that needs to be done. Great job.

Jeff worked on our 2004 Chevy Avalanche and did a great job. We were so lucky to find a shop that was professional and reasonable to fix it. It only took a day to get it back on the road. We will definitely us them in the future. read more

these guys are awesome. underpromised and over delivered. excellent customer service.

High quality service. I brought in a 4Runner for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) and within minutes they told me about MAJOR frame damage caused by collision. Audi OKC told me opposite. (That it wasn't from collision) Cole and his coworkers explained that the frame problem looked pretty severe and advised me not to purchase the vehicle. They took their time to show me the issues the 4Runner had and were super friendly and kind. High recommend Becks Garage. Courtney at the front desk was very polite and helpful as well. Thank you all! read more

Beck's is within walking distance of my house, which is super convenient. They're also within walking distance of numerous watering holes, which is also super convenient. They have an after hours drop-off system, and they will even help take you to and from home/work if you're dropping off your car. That's all great, but that's not why I'm a Beck's advocate. Beck's is great because they listen. They listen to your concerns about your vehicle. They listen to your vehicle. Most of all, they listen to their own common sense. Cars don't fix themselves, and they don't always break down in predictable ways. And not every car is a candidate for every possible service. The folks at Beck's try their best to provide you with an honest diagnosis, an explanation of the implications, and a view toward keeping you as a long time customer because they've earned your trust. That's what they've done for me and my family, and that's why I have no need to visit anywhere else. read more

Best garage I've ever been to. Not only is the staff genuine and courteous, but they're not going to try to over sell you or give you something you don't need. I went to another shop and got an estimate for a new fuel pump that was almost double what I paid at Beck's. The other place also recommended several other "tune-ups" that Beck's took a look at and told me I didn't need! And to top it off, it was done in 24 hours. As a female with zero knowledge of cars, it's nice to find someone you can trust! read more

Beck's Garage - Dropped off some Lee's from the Asian District for Jeff and Theresa Beck, the owners of Beck's Garage. Wouldn't trust my car anywhere else! - Auto Repair Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Beck's Garage has it all: location, a full range of services, flowers and antique trucks as decor, and they even have a Keep It Local deal. What I really love about Beck's Garage is the service. Take away all of the other stuff and the place would still be hopping because they care about great customer service and doing the job right. It stinks to drop big cash on cars, but Beck's gives you the satisfaction of knowing that the job was done right and you didn't getting scammed. read more

I want to give a big thank you to Beck's Garage for their kindness! I'm from Vegas and had driven to Oklahoma for an event, and my "check engine" light came on right before my trip back home. The trip was over 1000 miles, so I just wanted to make sure everything was ok before heading out; I didn't want to end up stranded on the side of the road. I came on Yelp and started checking different shops out, and called Beck's Garage. He told me he'd run the diagnostic on the car for free after I explained that we were traveling (I had an SUV full of kids). We came in, and after checking out the car, they said we were good to go, and even checked the tire pressure and oil for us. They did all of this free of charge. I am so thankful for them! There are still good people in this world. God bless you & your business for your kindness and generosity! read more

Beck's Garage - The owners of Beck's Garage! You are seriously the best! Thank you! - Auto Repair Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I've taken my F150 here a few times for an oil change. They've always taken the time to inspect my truck and let me know whether anything else needs my attention, but they don't pressure me to have the work done. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, and they've always been honest and straightforward. Last visit, I took them a problem that I've not been able to figure out, and they had it diagnosed in about half an hour. Then I gave approval to fix the problem, and they finished in about an hour. I couldn't believe I put up with that pesky electrical problem for so long! read more

I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Beck's Automotive. My first visit, I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in that morning and got my oil change done in the same day. They were courteous and nice, and it was actually cheaper than taking my car to Jiffy Lube. But the icing on the cake was when I got in my car they had left a hand-written thank you note. You can't get much better customer service than that. I will definitely be taking my car to Beck's from here on out! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The first time I got my car serviced there I was impressed by their diligence and their reasonable prices. They were so friendly and did not once try to sell me something I didn't need. Then a few months later.. my car broke down close to their shop and I desperately called them in need of help. One of their staff members, Larry, came to jump my car and follow me back to the shop. And then, after the shop had already closed for the day, they looked at my car and took the time to explain to me what the problem might be. These guys are the friendliest and most legit guys I've ever interacted with at a car shop. Wish I could give 10 stars! read more

Came in based on the reviews of others & I must agree, Beck's Garage delivers stellar service! I called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation & they got me in on the same day. I must warn you, this isn't a quick service, prepare to wait at least an hour and a half. The wait is worth the quality service though. They didn't pressure me whatsoever to purchase unnecessary items & the total price for oil change, tire rotation & checking all fluids, etc. was $53. This same service costs $95 at Valvoline...the cost of good customer service-priceless. read more

I was visiting family when my Chevy Tahoe began making a bad noise on July 18, 2019. I asked a good friend for a reference and she gave me Jeff's name and location. Jeff located the problem and repaired it.I had my Tahoe back that evening. I am very thankful for the quality work Jeff provides. Finding an excellent mechanic is a blessing, but finding one who possesses a superior work ethic and empathizes with his client is rare. Jeff is not only an excellent mechanic, he is a good and honest man. It is difficult to find these qualities in the auto repair business. I have given Jeff's business info to my friends and family. I wholeheartedly recommend Beck's Garage! Jan Kelly read more

Update: I took the car to another mechanic who looked at me like I had two heads when I told them Beck's garage said my engine is shot and needs a rebuild. His exact words were "That's a good, clean engine". The new mechanic fixed the valve cover with a simple silicone (?) seal until the part comes in and the problem is, in fact, fixed. Simple, inexpensive. In response to Beck's owner below, I'm curious why he would say replacing the valve cover wouldn't fix my valve leak problem when their own mechanic said that was the problem. Oil leaking from the broken valve cover is literally the problem, by their own account. Not only that, the guy I talked to (Zeke?) said specifically that they don't do that there after I asked it they could fix it. Which is it? Will that not fix my problem or do you not do that there? You should probably get your story straight. Also, claiming that other mechanics are some sort of deviants who all have "girlie calendars" on their walls is childish and pretty unprofessional. And of course most shops are dirty. Those are hardworking mechanics who are busy actually repairing cars. Original review: I took my car here for an oil leak. I told the guy on the phone I had small amount of white smoke coming from the engine intermittently and that I suspected it was leaking from a valve as there's fresh oil around it and it's hitting the hot engine and smoking. After Beck's inspected it I was informed the timing belt was worn (which I was aware of) and that they really needed to get deeper into the engine to look around more because the engine is noisy (not why I brought it in), which was going to cost me, but ultimately I was told I would need a $5-6k engine rebuild because the engine is shot, but they don't do rebuilds there and don't know anyone that does (interesting). Which was quite a shocker for me as I've had the car for barely over 6 months and took it to two different mechanics for an inspection after purchase who both marveled at what great shape the engine is in, especially for a used car as old as it is (which is why I bought it). Strange how the engine went from very good to completely shot in such a short time. But what about the oil leak, I asked. That's why I came in there. He didn't have an answer and had to put me on hold and when he came back informed me that the leak was, indeed, coming from the valve cover. Well, can you fix it? No, I was told, they don't do that there. They don't do that there? What do they do there? Here's the thing: the car is a beater, but I love it. It has some minor problems but is a reliable car even if it isn't a looker. But when you drive a beater there are some people that judge you. If you're driving a beater that isn't even from this millennium obviously you don't have any money, right? Funny thing, that. Some of us have plenty of money, due in part to driving beaters and not having to make car payments. I just wanted the oil leak fixed. Money wasn't an issue for me. Before you take your car here take a good look at pictures of the place, which I foolishly did not do. What do you notice? An emphasis on image. Lots of vintage decorations. Picture-perfect. This is an image-conscious mechanic not an actual repair-conscious mechanic. Fixing something as simple as a valve cover on a beater doesn't really vibe with their image. Had I pulled in there in a beamer I bet I'd be singing a different tune right now. I'm going to take the car back to my old mechanic in Yukon, who I loved (I'm in Gatewood now, so it's quite a drive, which was why I was hoping to find a good mechanic who's closer), and see what he says about the engine. Either way, I know he's not above replacing a valve cover. read more
