Everyone was kind, the owner even quoted me for the car on a Saturday when the business was closed. I felt respected, cared for like I was already a friend and the cost was much less than I was fearing. Oh and the mirror looks great! Can't recommend them enough!!

I reached out to Freeman Collision Center due to their convenient location and positive reviews, and it was the best choice I could have made. From beginning to end, all of the staff at Freeman Collision Center were incredibly kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and kept me informed along the way. Todd Freeman, the owner, went out of his way to work with my insurance adjuster directly to make sure that he was returning my vehicle in excellent condition. I love my car, and I was so disappointed after the incident thinking it was unlikely my vehicle would be in the same shape after repair... but somehow they made it happen. Excellent experience and incredibly appreciative of everyone at Freeman Collision Center!

A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. And George is a really, really, really good mechanic…read more He's honest, won't up-charge, won't up-sell, and if there's something he can't do, he'll let you know. I brag about this dude to anyone who even casually mentions that they're having issues with their vehicle. Right now I'm dealing with some obnoxious and shady nonsense with a car dealer, and the one silver lining in all of it has been that I got to witness firsthand how George was willing to go to bat for me because I was one of his customers. He did a full once-over on a used vehicle I was considering, and pointed out things on the vehicle that I had not noticed at first glance. He also gave me some advice on dealing with unscrupulous car dealers, and I didn't listen and now I'm dealing with the consequences, so even there he was right. And this has just further reinforced that he's the guy to go to for everything from standard maintenance work to full-on automotive body repair (e.g. check out the excellent work that he did on my brother's car). Something tells me I'm going to need to reach out to him again very soon. But again, because it's George, I'm actually not terribly annoyed about needing his mechanic abilities or having to spend my seemingly limited paycheck on car maintenance. Because he's not just a capable mechanic. He's a good, ethical, hard-working dude who also happens to be a capable mechanic. Trust George, you guys. He is good peoples.

Which makes me a great target for mechanics who want to rip me off. Combine that with my aging cars and you can almost hear the vultures circle. This is why George is such a godsend to me. When I visited him last time, he took a quick look over my car and quickly told me that I would be good not fixing anything for a while. Which is the thing that I most like in a mechanic. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and as my cars slowly circle the drain of time, I'm confident that he will tell me what needs to be fixed, what can be fixed, and when it is time to give up the ghost. George really is a magnificent find.

Stay away! Save yourself from dealing with these losers! I unfortunately took my car for a Geico…read moreclaim after hitting a small wild animal. They disassembled the entire front end to do the estimate, and then Geico said my car was total loss. I talked to Bill at Car Craft. He told me I had to pay $275 for them to "reassemble everything they took apart". That's seemed like some BS to me, but with no options, I agreed to that amount. When I went to pick up my car, the fog lights stayed on without a key. I had to wait over an hour for them to fix that issue, but I paid their $275 charge and got my car. The next day I opened the trunk, and found a bunch of parts they didn't bother to put back on. See pics. One of the pieces was broken with an obvious boot mark from someone stepping on it. I returned the next day to ask Bill why they didn't complete the assembly and he said they just didn't have time. They were totally aware they didn't complete the work! They intentionally lied when they said 'everything is finished, it's ready for pick up'. They charged me the full $275 for reassembly, and never said anything about parts in the trunk. I asked Bill if they would put those parts back on. He said "well it's Friday afternoon, we'll have to keep your car over the weekend. It was only 1:00pm! Another repair shop put those parts back on in under 20 minutes. DON'T EVER TRUST CAR CRAFT!! RUDE & DISHONEST PEOPLE!!

When I called to make an apt for estimation, they said I would have to make arrangements to pick up my car after the estimation bc " they cant be held responsible for property damage after hours if it may occur". also informed me that my car would be left in park lot after the estimation was complete. So when they called me to say my car was likely totaled, I was expecting that I would need to pick it up. The car mechanic said that wouldn't be necessary bc it's in a closed, locked garage until insurance responds from the estimate. This was on Thursday. On Monday my insurance called to inform me that my car was indeed totaled and that I would need To go collect any personal items left in car. When I arrived I found my car unlocked and scraped clean of everything. Nothing in glove box or middle console. Craft auto only comment was: " sorry.. Thought it was locked" it was outside, not in the locked garage area. They said they moved it Friday to make room for other cars, and did not feel like it was necessary to inform me. Luckily there was less than 100$ worth of stuff but several items has my name, my address. So I'm hoping I don't find myself with identity thief in the future.
