Timely and good repair work. Coordinated well with Enterprise Rental car, Farmers insurance and me. They would have gotten a five but they did not connect the windshield washer motor at the time of the-- Honda dealer plugged in. Requested a refund from Caliber. Pending-hope they settle up with me so I can recover the expense at the Honda dealer I have been waiting 7 weeks for refund. Corporate is giving the runaround LeeAnn told me they were overnighting the check for $68.39 on Monday. It is Thursday have not received. Great service here. I was hit and run on a parked vehicle. Who does that? Anyhow took truck to caliber collision and in a week and a half it was like new. The customer service here is unmatched. I honestly could not have asked for a smoother process. Kelly is amazing at what he does and communication. He let me know right off the bat that he would have my car for at least a month. I received weekly updates regarding the status, sometimes twice a week, to let me know what they were doing. Think of it this way, before I could even think "I wonder what's going on with my car" they had already reached out. I was also able to call and ask questions if needed as well as reply to the text message updates. The communication was quick, efficient and thorough. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else. I had an accident and scheduled repairs with Caliber. The repair was covered through the other driver's insurance. They scheduled me a month out, then had not ordered any parts for my car and everything was on back order. I had two small scratches and needed a new bumper. It has now been 10 days and my car is not fixed. No one will call me back, no one will answer my questions. 5 days went to 7, then 8, then 9, now I'm being told 15. It is ridiculous. Warning... Do not take your vehicle to this body shop. The owner,James, is a shady business man. He promised my car to be done in two weeks. After two weeks, the work had not even started on my car because he ordered parts for a completely different make and model vehicle. I finally got my car back after 1 month and the driver side mirror rattles, and James put a vinyl trim around the door himself. The trim has bubbles in it and looks terrible. I had enough with his company and took my car some where else to be finished. Never once during the time he had my car did he call me and update me on my vehicle. The worst body shop in Oklahoma City because they were: a month behind fixing my 08 Honda Accord, collected $2000.00(two deductibles), $1100 out of pocket expense for unrelated damages, and collected $8200 from Farmers Insurance, but a baseball dent on passenger side was not fix, minor dent on rear bumper was not smooth out, but painted over. A $30 aftermarket phone swivel was stolen, coolant line from replaced radiator was too short and was not properly clamped busted on the highway after a week I picked my vehicle from Caliber. In short, collected about $11,300 from deductibles and insurance for collision and hail damage claims, but a cracked windshield was not fix, dent on fender was not fix, minor dent on rear bumper was not fix, busted coolant line from replaced radiator, over a month behind from original finish date. What a disappointment. My bumper needed to be replaced after I was rear ended. Caliber had my car for a week. I got it back with deep scratches on the new bumper. Text updates? Cool idea, but never got any. My husband had to keep calling over and over to get an update. One positive is that they were friendly and hey cleaned the interior of my car really well, but didn't clean the windows. They also cleaned the exterior, but it looks like it was literally just hosed down and not actually washed, so there are water spots all over it. I wouldn't care if they hadn't cleaned my car at all, I'm just irritated that I got a "new" bumper with scratches on it. Like, I'm glad the huge dent is gone, but is that what you call quality work? Ha. Obviously, no one cares about their work anymore. SO, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision. Hopefully there isn't a next time, but if there is, my car is going somewhere else. read more

They were AMAZING! Kevin made sure I was up to date on everything that they were doing to my truck. Very friendly and excellent customer service through out the whole place. My truck was in for a previous accident that was "fixed" at another collision center and Kevin listened to my issues and was able to find issues that the other collision center "failed" to see or fix. Don not take your car here for repairs. The quality of the work itself is acceptable, but the customer service is beyond pathetic and the management of the business is deceptive and dishonest. I took my car in for a small repair to the driver side door and front fender. I explained before taking it that it would be putting a family of three down to one car during the repairs, and that one car was a rental that I was paying for myself. I was assured that they would order the parts ahead of time and have my car in and out in two days. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday. On Friday I called to check on it and they said it would not be ready until the next Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they said it would not be ready until Friday. I called on Friday and they said it would not be ready until the following Monday. I called on Monday and they said it was still not ready - nearly two weeks after I dropped it off. I went over there in person and spoke to the manager Ray. Eventually I discovered that they had painted the parts for my car gold - my car is blue - so they had to reorder the parts yet again. Ray told me that he would pick up the charges for my rental car and pay for it through the Saturday that had just passed. He even called the rental car company while I was sitting there and told them to bill him for the charges. He said he would have my car ready the following Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, and yet again my car was not ready. I finally got it back on Thursday - over two weeks after I had dropped it off. A few days later, I received a call from the rental car company that Caliber Collision had declined to pay the rental charges they had agreed to and were only going to pay for 4 days of the charges, so I was left to pick up the difference. Never once during this entire process did I receive a phone call or email from Caliber Collision. I had to contact them myself every time. Management is extremely dishonest and deceptive. After more than six weeks, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle from Caliber Collision at 8020 NW Expressway. I called several times after they kept pushing back the completion date and quit sending me updates. Now my gas cap is loose and needs to be repaired. This is unacceptable for the amount of time I had to wait. They did offer to pay for a rental car because it was taking so long, but I didn't trust them after I received text messages after business hours with little to no explanation as to why my car's repairs were being delayed. It looks like a nice place and is a chain, but the service was absolutely terrible. Do not go there. You'll regret it. read more

Highly recommended so took my car here, went to get it and it was not up to quality. I did not take it. The manager Ray and the guy Phillip in charge of my account assured me it would be redone and done correctly. Took them a month total but I left with my car looking brand new. Ray and Phillip held up their end of the deal. The PDR on my car looked great not 1 dent in it. Only problem was on the way home the trim on my car door pulled apart. They didn't get it stuck on properly so had to take it to Ford house to have the trim put back on. read more

I recently took my Toyota pickup to Caliber Collision and I am very displeased with their work. When i went to pick it up from Caliber, the truck had white over spray all over it. The estimate stated that the rear wheel was to be replaced due to damage in the accident. The wheel was simply repaired and painted..... THE WRONG COLOR! My wheels are matte black and the repaired wheel was gloss black. The estimate also stated that both rear tail light housings were to be replaced. Only one was replaced, the other was not. When asked why both weren't replaced, the owner stated that they buffed the CRACKS out of the light housing. The rear bumper was replaced as per the estimate, but the plastic piece on top was only partially replaced. If I were to rate this repair, id give it 0 stars. we were also told we would get updates on monday, wednesday, and friday. They had the truck 13 days and we had 2 update phone calls. This is unacceptable. read more
