I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but this review is unfortunately warranted. My son's Jeep was taken here after the U-Haul he was pulling was crashed into by an alleged drunk driver. The U-Haul trailer was destroyed along with nearly all its contents. When we took the Jeep to Caliber Collision, an individual named Hal told our insurance company that he didn't believe the damage to the bumbper of the Jeep was caused by the collision! They also missed the fact that the rear crossbar of the frame needed to be replaced! The lack of professionalism, communication and utter incompetence was frustrating. I removed the Jeep from Caliber Collsion and moved it to City Collision, and have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. The professionalism, communication and quality of work at City Collision was top-notch, and Stacey kept my son and I updated every stop of the way! Stay away from Caliber Collision, and go to City Collision!!! read more

The name is the same as is on this review, and all of my contact info will be there as well. ORIGINAL: Today is day 70 since my truck was towed to this Caliber location after an accident. I am still missing parts that have been paid for in-full. Per the location manager, Justin, they wanted to mark job as completed on February 18th so that it "doesn't look like we've had it longer than we should". It is now March 31st and the job is still incomplete. During my last contact with Justin, he suggested that I "show some grace" with them for their failures to order the correct door moulding (twice). I drive an F150, the most popular model pickup truck in the world. Parts aren't this difficult to come by, especially for the type of professionals you would expect to work at a shop with these types of resources. read more

A little nervous, at this point they have had my new car longer than I have. I started off comfortable, but with each week and extension I'm getting uncomfortable. If I would not have been told a message was left on my phone that wasn't, a call was given that wasn't, and a different part was still needing to be finished that was not the same from the part we were waiting on the week prior I'd be okay, and not growing suspicious. Unfortunately, now I feel like having a police escort to assure my car is still there. Paranoid, maybe, but something isn't right and my gut is never far from the truth. I just want to get back home to Georgia. I have kids and a job waiting on my car to be repaired. Three weeks for a bumper and rims seems a bit much. read more

I was sent to Caliber Collision by the other parties insurance following T-bone collision. At first the experiance was pleasant enough with the company extending all of the assurances one might expect. That's where it all fell apart. I was assigned a service advisor who provided me with lies and half truths about the progress of my car's repairs and completion date. From start to finish, my repair completion date was extended out six separate times. One of those times was to be told that the company had switched over to a new painting system and there was a "learning curve". Consequently, my car had to be repainted. Other times he would tell me that the needed parts were in shop and at hand then told two or three days later the parst had to be ordered. This was a continuous process of coming up with one excuse or another for delay .I've concluded that if, the advisor (s) were not lying to to me, they are complete incompetents. I had to get my car repaired after an accident. Luckily insurance covered everything and damage was minimal but my local body shop quoted me over 2 months wait just to get my car in! Caliber got my vehicle in within a week, fixed it for less than the dealer quoted me and kept me updated throughout the process. I hope to not need a body shop in the future but if I do I'd definitely go here again. read more

Caliber Collision off of Pennsylvania in Edmond, Oklahoma did a great job with their communication throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. This is not something that I experienced in dealing with 3 other collision repair shops prior to contacting Caliber (no response from Service King after calling twice, GW & Sons took WAY too long to get back to me whenever I requested details, Gerber Collision told me at the beginning of August that they could see me for an estimate in mid September). When I first called Caliber Collision they were able to schedule an appointment quickly to take a look at my vehicle. Once I brought my vehicle in I was told that it would take two weeks to have the vehicle fixed and they completed the repairs within that timeframe. While they were fixing my vehicle I received numerous text messages about the status of my repairs (initial text to say thank you for choosing them, another text to let me know that the part was ordered, another to let me know that their was a delay with the part, another to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up). I didn't have to call multiple times to see when they could get me in, or to determine when they might have my vehicle ready. I cannot stress how important this is when you are without a vehicle and have to rent/borrow another vehicle while your car is being fixed. The only reason they did not receive a perfect score is because there was some confusion about what needed to be paid, what was paid, communication about the form of payment that is accepted for the deductible (no cash) and how late in the day that I was contacted on Friday (informed my vehicle was ready at 5:17 pm and they closed at 5:30 pm) and I had to wait until Monday to grab my car because I couldn't make it to them in 13 minutes before they closed for the weekend. All in all I would recommend them and use them again. read more
