In 2015, my car was side swiped on the rear quarter panel by an uninsured driver in the rain on the highway. I drove my Focus to Caliber and had my first amazing experience there. I didn't realize that I also had hail damage. I got the bumper and quarter panel fixed, but not the hail damage. I used the check from the hail damage to pay the deductible and had enough left to pay off the balance I had due on my loan. I wouldn't have even known that were an option without help from the Caliber staff. Six months later, my car was totaled by a jerk who ran through a green stop light who was supposed to yield. Ugh. Flash forward to a little over a week ago. My boyfriend's truck was rear ended by, surprise, an uninsured driver. While fixing the tailgate, they fixed an old dent for super cheap. We took our car in January of 2023. They told us that there were parts on back order and they would call us when they came in. We got a phone call that they were in and we brought the car in around July or August of that year. It still was not fixed 100%. I continue to call and they continue to say they would call me back. Here we are September 2024 almost 2 years later. I finally got a hold of someone and advised him that I think we were just forgot about. He had me bring it in to see which parts we needed. Scheduled a time to drop it off. They replaced the parts, but now I have drip marks and spots all over the inside of my car. It has been nothing but a hassle. They seem nice when you're talking to them, but the service is horrible. They don't double check, and make sure that the car looks presentable. I have no clue what is splattered all over my car. I only hope it comes off. read more

I have never experienced incompetence on this level before. I took my car in with hail damage and was quoted a completion date in 2 - 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I call to see what's happening with my car and they tell me it'll be done by the end of next week. It wasn't done. After another week (6 weeks now) I call to check on the status of my car and the mechanic tells me they're detailing my car and getting it ready for me. I go to pick up my car and the mechanics had left trash in my passenger seat and my air vents were covered in dust. On top of all that, the hail damage was not full repaired and there was damage to the display above the center console which they refused to repair. Caliber cost me hundreds of dollars in rental costs and hundreds more to get my display repaired and gave my car back to me in worse shape than it was before the hail damage. My car was drivable, but I had it towed in because after hitting a deer at 45 mph, my airbags didn't deploy. They didn't give me an estimate before they started repairs. When we asked about it, they told told us if we wanted them to stop, we would have to pay for them to reassemble the car and pay for restocking fees for parts they ordered, so we were forced to keep going without being out of pocket. I have a whole story about how deceptive they were when we brought the car in. They had my car from January 29th to March 13th. When they put the car back together, they told us there's a leak in the a/c system. They tried to blame us and say there was a recall that didn't get fixed. I brought them documentation from the dealer about my car that showed no active recalls, but they kept trying to say that's what it was. They told me they couldn't fix it, so now it's sitting at the dealership who says it's going to be another, at least, $1900 to take the dash apart and diagnose it. They already did $11,139.43 worth of repairs on a $10,000 car. Don't go here. It's like they have some racket with State Farm to keep the repair amount just low enough to not total your car. read more

This place did so many things well! First off, they had someone drive me home when first dropping my car off, upon finding out I had planned on calling an uber. They then continued to keep me in the loop to let me know exactly what was going on and how my car was moving through the process, and took the time to explain everything since I've never gone through this before. When it was time to pick up my car it was quick and painless, my car was not only fixed but had also been cleaned almost to detailing standards, I honestly felt like I had a completely different car! Terrible experience. Do not get work done at Caliber Collision. Told me they offer a lifetime guarantee, but when I reported an issue, manager Jon Brewer, said it was just a stunning coincidence that I started having issues right after they worked on my car and that it must be wear and tear. I'm now responsible for the additional $350 because they were negligent with the repair, and failed to back their guarantee. read more

I don't know how this place has five star reviews! I didn't even end up getting my car fixed here because they were so disorganized and unprofessional. I brought my car here when I got in a fender bender and they are in network with Safeco. I had an appointment at 7:00 AM and the office personnel didn't show up and get set up to check people in until 7:05 AM. Okay, no big deal I understand people have crazy mornings occasionally but kind of annoying (not even an apology). Then, they said your advisor isn't even scheduled until 9AM but we can have someone else take pictures and then your advisor will send you an estimate later this morning. This was after they originally told me on the phone that I would leave my thirty minute appointment with an estimate. Long story short, after several phone calls where each time I was promised an estimate was on the way, it took three days to get the estimate (that they said would be given at the 30 minute appointment). They were just extremely disorganized. Someone from the front office would call to schedule my repairs, I would tell them I hadn't even received the promised estimate and they would be very confused. Just no communication between personnel and no acknowledgement that they were not doing providing good customer service at all! I ended up going to Car Craft and have used them twice now, they are awesome! read more
