Went into Dent Masters 2 weeks ago to get an assessment on 2 dents that I had on my car. They looked at the damage and we talked about scheduling an appointment. Two ladies were in the office and the receptionist called the other lady and we talked Scott appointment dates. We finally settled on a Monday appointment at 8. I was apprehensive on setting the appointment on Monday but that was the best day for me. The ladies assured me that Monday would be a good date and I would get a text reminder on Sunday. We set the date for 2/02 and I left. On Sunday I received a text reminder. On Monday I rearranged my work schedule to get the dents repaired at 8 am. I showed up at 8 and the doors of the business were locked. Two men showed up at 8:05 or so. The first man opened the door and when I came in he didn't have access to the computer. The next guy came in and told me that the business doesn't do Monday at 8 appointments. He debated with me that I couldn't have an appointment at that time and then he located my appointment and continued to debate me. I eventually left and I will find another dent repair business that values customers. This business apparently doesn't. read more

I mad an appointment for a "minor collision estimate" at Dent Masters this morning. When I showed up, I was greeted by Chris, who came and looked at my car. I explained what had happened and what I hoped to have fixed. He popped my bumper back into place and we talked about options for further repair. I opted not to do anything further at this time, as my major concerns had already been addressed. I offered to pay him for his time and help, which he declined, but I can say for sure that if I have further repairs needed of any kind, I'll be headed back to Dent Masters. I chose Dent Masters to complete a minor repair to the roof of my beloved one-year-old luxury SUV. They have positive google reviews and were conveniently located. Jared was out at the time scheduled for pick up and another employee helped me at that time. I was appalled at the quality of the repair, which was obvious even from a distance. Because it was a Friday afternoon and I had already returned my rental, I took possession of the car for the weekend. Once home, and under bright lighting, I was able to see just how poor the paint quality was, and that a large portion of the damaged area had not been repaired at all. Worse, there was a small tear in the headliner, the interior lights did not function, the interior grab handles would not stay clipped in place and the trim under the windshield rattled. I reported this to Jared the next week and, upon his own inspection, he agreed the repair was not adequate and offered to redo the work. When I received it back the second time, the paint was okay - not fantastic but okay. The headliner repair was noticeable, the grab handles were still loose and the dash still rattled. This involved another trip to their location and a trip to an auto glass repair shop where they placed a visible foam block between the windshield and dash to stop the rattle. Dent Masters never provided an apology for this experience or for my time. Using Dent Masters was a very costly mistake for me. I recently sold this vehicle because I simply could not tolerate the quality of the repair. If you are thinking about doing business with Dent Masters, maybe you'll find my experience helpful. One might wonder if my experience is an anomaly based on their other reviews, but I will not be giving them another chance. read more

However when they saw the damage in person they were afraid they couldn't get it fixed and back to 100%. They did a great job and it looks as good as new. Took them about an hour. Ok, so I when I bought my used Porsche Macan S it had few minor dents (door dings and one on the hood). I was wanting to get them fixed cuz I felt like they stuck out. I scheduled an appt with Dentmasters and stopped by. Jeff walked right out and went over the car thoroughly explained the process to me and informed me of anything that they would be doing before they did it (super friendly and helpful). The price was unbelievably good to fix about 4 small dents. Better still, I had the time so he pulled the car right into the bay and got started THEN AND THERE. Took about an hour and he was able to completely remove the dents with no harm to factory paint ... it's like they never happened. I mean it looks absolutely perfect!!
