Two ladies were in the office and the receptionist called the other lady and we talked Scott appointment dates. We finally settled on a Monday appointment at 8. I was apprehensive on setting the appointment on Monday but that was the best day for me. The ladies assured me that Monday would be a good date and I would get a text reminder on Sunday. We set the date for 2/02 and I left. On Sunday I received a text reminder. On Monday I rearranged my work schedule to get the dents repaired at 8 am. I showed up at 8 and the doors of the business were locked. Two men showed up at 8:05 or so. The first man opened the door and when I came in he didn't have access to the computer. The next guy came in and told me that the business doesn't do Monday at 8 appointments. He debated with me that I couldn't have an appointment at that time and then he located my appointment and continued to debate me. I eventually left and I will find another dent repair business that values customers. This business apparently doesn't.
