I opted not to do anything further at this time, as my major concerns had already been addressed. When we took the Jeep to Caliber Collision, an individual named Hal told our insurance company that he didn't believe the damage to the bumbper of the Jeep was caused by the collision! They also missed the fact that the rear crossbar of the frame needed to be replaced! The lack of professionalism, communication and utter incompetence was frustrating. I removed the Jeep from Caliber Collsion and moved it to City Collision, and have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they…read morecalled me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
