I explained what had happened and what I hoped to have fixed. He popped my bumper back into place and we talked about options for further repair. I opted not to do anything further at this time, as my major concerns had already been addressed. I offered to pay him for his time and help, which he declined, but I can say for sure that if I have further repairs needed of any kind, I'll be headed back to Dent Masters. When we took the Jeep to Caliber Collision, an individual named Hal told our insurance company that he didn't believe the damage to the bumbper of the Jeep was caused by the collision! They also missed the fact that the rear crossbar of the frame needed to be replaced! The lack of professionalism, communication and utter incompetence was frustrating. I removed the Jeep from Caliber Collsion and moved it to City Collision, and have to say, it was the best decision I could have made.
