I brought my car in for an oil change. The day after I got it back, there was oil all over the driveway. They cheerfully towed the car in, and fixed the loose filter, providing me a ride home and sending a Lyft to get me when the car was ready. For my trouble, they gave me a free oil change in the future. Next day, same thing: oil on the driveway again. Somewhat less cheerfully, they asked me to bring the car in. This time, they had crushed the washer on the drain plug. I got a ride that time, too, but one way only, and they didn't throw in a third oil change. These guys may not get it right the first time, but they will keep trying until they do, sorta. I will give them that.

After…read moreinspecting it the dealership told me I need a new rear brake pads, resurface rotors , brake fluid change and a transmission flush. They wanted to charge me $1100. I've had really good luck with Smitty's so we took it by. Got a great phone call from them informing me I have at least 15,000 more miles on the brakes, the brake fluid looks just fine but due to the mileage, it is time for the transmission flush. So we went from $1100 a dealership to 350 at Smitty's. This kind of truthfulness from a mechanic shop is basically unheard of. Cannot recommend them enough.
