    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Oil Change Service…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service we received at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Mustang, as well as the lack of accountability shown by your team. My husband has been a loyal customer for years, and we have always trusted Strickland for oil changes. However, after our most recent visit, we noticed a burnt oil smell, which we reported to your team. Initially, we were told that any spillage would dissipate, but the smell only persisted and became more noticeable when mixed with the antifreeze scent. It wasn't until we saw oil spots on our driveway and my husband inspected the undercarriage that we realized there was oil leaking everywhere. We took the car to Hibdon Tires Plus for an assessment, and they confirmed that the oil filter had been over-torqued during the last service, causing it to break and leak. Hibdon advised that we speak with Strickland to address the issue, but when we did, the response was utterly dismissive. Your staff suggested that unless I was physically present, we could not prove the issue, which felt both unprofessional and insulting. When my husband explained the problem, your team claimed the leak was due to both over-torquing and the weather, despite Hibdon stating that weather was not a factor. Strickland then attempted to blame Hibdon for this incorrect information, but we were clear that it was your team who over-torqued the filter. Ultimately, Strickland refused to take responsibility for the mistake and tried to deflect any accountability, offering no solution to the problem. This has now resulted in significant repair costs--well over $1,000. Your lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is incredibly disappointing. I am particularly upset with your team's refusal to own up to the error, especially given our history as dedicated customers. It is clear that your company values neither customer service nor accountability. I would like to express my gratitude to Hibdon Tires Plus for their professionalism, thoroughness, and compassion in helping us resolve this issue. They have earned our business moving forward. Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change, you have lost us as customers, and I will be sure to share this experience with others to prevent them from facing the same poor service.

    Kayla was very good at explaining everything and gave us a military discount. They also do teacher…read moreand first responder discounts! Josh was thorough with the oil change and showed us the stick so we could see it was full and clean. Manager came out and asked if everyone treated us good! GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!
