Once I got pulled up into the bay I then get to see and hear all the horseplay of the young manager (or so I was told, he was the manager) and just wanted to talk to me about trying to upsell me everything. We do that and the customer rep is horrible and kept trying to get me to call the valvoline that did it last. He said he was escalating the case to urgent and that someone would call me to get it fixed so we could drive it home as we're traveling and 400 miles from home. No one from valvoline ever called me again. About an hour later we go to get something to eat, came back out after 30 mins and there's a dinner plate sized puddle of oil under the car. So I knew we couldn't drive it back home Found a mechanic on our own who got us in and all they had to do was insert a new drain plug and it tightened up fine. Horrible experience and like I said , will never go to another valvoline ever again.

Recently, I took it in for service and an alignment after purchasing new tires. The jeep ran/drove without any issues before the service. After the service the Jeep developed death wobble. I took the jeep back to the Moore location and was told the track bar was left loose and that there were numerous parts that needed to be replaced I find it hard to believe that in 1200 miles these parts all wore out and the track bar came completely loose. I feel as if the service was not done properly and the track bar was left loose, causing the other parts to fail. Hibdon took no responsibility for the issue and basically told me to take it to another mechanic to have it all repaired. It is the last time I will ever take a vehicle to Hibdon.

Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory.
