He gave me guidance on what to do so I can be in and out the next day first thing in the morning, since I had hard time to be in Virginia by. They had all the power to take advantage of me due to my situation. Instead, Laine and Jerry were the friendliest most helpful people I have done business with. Jerry even picked me up from the hotel since I didn't have a vehicle. I received a great price on the vehicle I purchased, and they held off on purchasing my broken down vehicle until they could fix it so they can offer me its actual value. On top of that, they are working with Ford to get it fixed on their dime since I had my vehicle inspected prior to the trip and they missed the issue. From the very start, Gan was, in the words of Singh, "basically, pushed off onto other salesmen." That's right--if you're expecting Gan to take any personal responsibility for your business, forget about it. He wouldn't return a phone call for weeks at a time. And when, by some miracle, you do get him on the phone, he seems completely unfamiliar with the very processes that should be second nature to someone in his position. It's almost impressive how little he knows, considering the name over the door. The worst part? This isn't just any employee--it's the namesake of the business. You'd think he'd have some pride or a sense of duty. Instead, he's a living testament to that old adage: the first generation makes the money, the second grows it, and by the third, it's gone. Horrible service... gave them 8500 then didn't have a car whole week. Because the truck they sold me was engine blew the first day. I felt forced to get a car from them. Poor communication & bad costumer service! Dropped off June 28th picked up July 10th. Clerk told us the rim was badly damaged and we needed a new one but it was discontinued. We realized Diffee was giving us the run around so we told Diffee to put the spare tire back on and we picked it up. When I arrived to pick up the truck I looked at the rim and it was not damaged, it had a few scratches(curb rash)on the exterior of the rim. We had no issues at the tire shop we took it to after Diffee, new tire same rim. Will never be back and will never have a good thing to say about Diffee. read more

The owner/founder of Diffee Ford sold us a truck, brand new in 2012. We owned said truck for the entirety of its life, and took good care of it. Again, brand new off the lot. Fast forward to 2021, we're there looking to trade in said truck. One of the Diffee kids (grown man), not the father (who sold us the truck and is a solid man) flat out lied to us. He saw somebody in a nice shirt and a tie, and assumed he could lie and get a steal. I emphasize lie here. He tried to tell us our truck's door panels were full of bondo, which they were not, and that the blowback on our truck was indicating it needed a new motor -which again, was a flat out lie. He doubled down when we questioned him, he flat out ignored me, and then he had the audacity to insult us by treating us as if we were dumb. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Brought a 2020 black label aviator for 85k. Liked the car but worse service ever. Window rolled up and down on its own. Said couldn't duplicate. Then let it get hailed on for 1000. Deductible. Then took engine and transmission out in 3 and 1/2 months. Not fixed and went back for 2 weeks, not fixed so Lincoln offered an extended warranty but we had already paid for one. Finally got it after 6 more weeks and still nose. Traded it and went back to not American made. Sad to say. General manager said maybe Lincoln will make a better product. Has a recall for a part open for a year. It only had 33k miles. Took a loss but didn't feel safe. Salesman wouldn't even return a call. Chandler Diffee was our salesmen. Abby was agent from Lincoln. Didn't want to purchase a new car at this time when things are so high. Paid sticker and higher interest. read more

I've been a customer here for about 5 months now. I haven't purchased a car here, but it is a good place for me to have maintenance done on my 2007 Mustang. The hours on Apple Maps and the web aren't always reliable, but it's easy to call in and ask about their hours. They are open until around 6 M-F and to noon on Saturday. I have had an easy time getting my car in after work for a walk-in oil change (which you can't do in Kingfisher). You get free water, wi-fi, coffee, TV and computer access when you wait in the waiting room. There are fresh flowers on the table, and the water comes in cute Diffee bottles that look like gasoline additive bottles. When you pay your bill, you get a free and sensible snack for the road. They have all the aspects of a big-town pro dealership, and the people operate on a more small-town basis. Sometimes you have to approach a group of people and sort of get their attention before they switch into service mode. They will not overwhelm you with details, talk down to you, pressure or rush you. As a young female who takes care of car stuff myself, they have never tried to treat me unfairly. I'm just a customer, and I like that. I get to ask questions and find out information, because they won't present it to me in some biased way. I can see how this wouldn't work well for someone who knew little about cars. They may not know what to ask. I have purchased new tires here. Mike was great about helping me know of the best options for my vehicle and my driving habits. I came in a month later, told them the tires I wanted, and they had a set in stock. I feel like I made a good choice, and I enjoy the qualities of my new tires. They didn't add new valve stems though, even though they are "a dime a dozen", and I had a leaking tire from it. They fixed the problem for free though. Before you come here for maintenance, you need to have in mind what you want because they won't try to overdo it with you. Terrible service center. There are plenty of other places that will take care of your car and you. My wife took her 09 Flex that we had purchased there to do their "Works" lube and tire service. The car had no problems going into the service but several coming out. First and foremost, the Check Engine light was on when she got in to leave. It certainly was not on when it went in. They should have seen it when they pulled it out. So she goes in and points it out. They clear it saying it was a low voltage code from them cleaning the battery posts. Maybe it was but why not pay attention and clear this before the customer has concerns? So she takes off down the highway, car is vibrating like crazy over 50mph! She stops and calls them. After an hour of waiting, she takes it back to have it looked at again. Technician says they didn't balance when they rotated and that's causing the problem. So she's roughly 3 hours into an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Third and lastly, they write on the inspection sheet that she has two tires that need immediate replacement. Did they say anything to her about it? I bet you're guessing they did because they care, not only about making that sale, but they care about their customers safety. Well, you'd be wrong! Never said a word about it to her. What a complete and total disregard for customer service. Not only will I not recommend them, I will discourage people from using this place. We will be buying our new car elsewhere as well. I generally don't bother with negative reviews and just go on with life but this place deserves it. read more

While the initial vehicle that we went to look at didn't suit her, they found us another car at the same price. They never pressured us & it's the first time i haven't had to haggle over the price b/c they knew our budget going in. They worked with us all the way & my daughter loves her car. My name is David. My wife and I have purchased a car from Diffee before and I have had my 2001 Ford F-350 7.3 diesel repaired in their shop. They did a good job. Recently, last of July 2019, I took my truck in for a repair, told them the problem and after keeping it a few days I received a call from the service rep stating that their technician didn't want to work on it. Went in on Saturday, April 28th to kick some tires. I advised the salesman I was there to kick tires and he still helped me all he could, even a test drive. He did not give me the proverbial "if we could get the price and payment you need would drive it home today?" or "this is the end of the month and the dealership will do whatever it takes to meet our quota" lines. They answered all of my questions, gave me a bottle of water and told me they were there to help in my time frame. This was the new sales floor so I can't speak about the used side or service. Took vehicle in for 1st oil change and was promptly greeted. I left the key on top of the car thinking that the service writer would see it when he got the numbers off the car. When the porter took vehicle to the oil change station, it fell off and landed in a puddle. It ruined the key fob. The service manager promptly notified me and got a new key fob from the parts department, programmed it, and then did the service on the vehicle and didn't charge me anything because it was an accident and I had to wait a little longer for key issue. Slowest service possible. In March they had my car in for over 4 days before they even looked at it but I thought that could just be a bad week. I tried again by making an appointment and taking it in on the day they said. Again it took 5 days. I asked what the holdup was and was told..."these things just take time" then when I finally said I would just pick it up and take it elsewhere, it seemed to get done pretty quickly. When I picked it up, and asked again why it took so long when I had an appointment I was shocked when told "oh, the appointment is just when you check your car in...it isn't going to be when we work on it" REALLY???? I won't be back and would not recommend Diffee service. read more
