I took my boyfriend to Frontier Chevrolet today to pick his vehicle up I parked in the turn lane because one of the main people that worked over there was park in the driveway casually visiting another person in another vehicle so I waited for quite some time then a white pickup came along put his turn signal on to turn into the driveway he waited on the road to turn in to Frontier Chevrolet in El Reno Oklahoma finally after quite some time the guy that was talking to the main person that works at Frontier Chevrolet in Oklahoma he went ahead and finish going into the driveway now the white pickup on the road start turning into the driveway so here I go I start going behind him to go ahead and go in to Frontier Chevrolet but to my surprise the white pickup decides to stop and talk to the worker the one that works at Frontier Chevrolet in El Reno Oklahoma so now here I am park at an angle in the middle of a road a main road at that and I have a van speed limit on that road 45 miles per hour cars are coming toward me swirling around me honking their horn and one almost hit my tail into my van did these two men care no not at all they casually continued with our conversation I was honking my horn screaming get out of my way go move did they care no not at all finally they decide to go on their way the one that works at Frontier Chevrolet in El Reno Oklahoma hollering at his window at me f*** you I'm a 52 year old woman he is very disrespectful and very rude now I know it was wrong but I gave him the finger I drop my boyfriend off and I left when he got back home he told me that he was confronted by that man that work there that man that work there told my boyfriend we were in the wrong so I guess according to Frontier Chevrolet in El Reno Oklahoma I guess I'm supposed to be psychic or something like that and get snow that people turning in there I'm just supposed to stay in my in the middle of the lane turn signal Lane I waited for many many minutes I will never ever give Word of Mouth to go there and I need an apology because it is very disrespectful and he could have caused an accident or even a death he not only affected me and my boyfriend but he affected everybody else around him today oh and also I think he is the general manager. I had a great experience with a young man named Joe Shrum in Used Sales! About 5 weeks ago it was cold, windy & rainy. A crappy Oklahoma fall afternoon. Frontier was my last shot that day, as I had been to 3 other dealers in the city (OKC) & not ONE of those lazy b---- got out of their warm dry buildings to greet me. I was pretty discouraged. I was looking for a newer sedan for my son who was finally returning home after a 2 year deployment in the Middle East. It was going to be a Welcome Home gift after missing 2 birthdays, Christmases, July 4s, etc. I pulled into the lot and "Joe" greeted me with a friendly smile and asked me "How can I help you?" I told him what I was looking for and why. He stood patiently and attentively listening to me, in the cold and then invited me to park my car & come in for a cup of coffee while he went through their inventory on the computer. He was very kind AND patient. He really LISTENED to me and seemed to understand how important and special this purchase was to me. He even explained the pros and cons of buying used versus new. He said he wanted to make sure I got the kind of car I WANTED, no matter what kind or WHERE I bought it. Joe showed me 3 cars that were pretty good matches to the kind of car I thought would be good for my son. I test drove 2 of them and decided on a Honda. I had already planned on getting financing with my bank, but the finance plans Frontier offers were very competitive, and getting approved was fast & easy, so I went with one of their planss. The whole process took less than 3 hours and Joe even drove the car (my son's new car) to my house for me to the North side of OKC! I am VERY happy with my purchase, my son loves his car and highly recommend Frontier in El Reno. Mr. Brooks was so rude to my father (who is a veteran & has purchased all of the last 5 auto's from that dealership). He does NOT return phone calls AT ALL.
