Ali is a liar and a cheat! We bought a car for our daughter and needless to say, we have spent over…read more$4500 plus the $7000 for the car. She had it a little over a week and the engine light came on. When we took it to the mechanic, it showed a transmission code. When we told Ali about it, he said there is nothing wrong with it. Said he had his mechanic look at it because we had to take it to him to have the brakes fixed. Ali said he fixed the brake caliper but that was a lie. We had to replace the brake line and caliper. Now the AC compressor is going to have to be replaced. We tested it in January and it was cold but it was cold outside. Now that its warming up, guess what, mour mechanic says the compressor is not coming on......another $1000-$1500. So if you want to get CHEATED out of your hard earned money, go to H&A because they certainly will be happy to do that for ya!

You will definitely want to ask for DAVID because he is NOT your typical high pressure, arrogant, annoying salesperson! He will greet you with an honest smile, accommodate your interest, help you explore the options and go out of his way to be an ambassador or liaison between you and the manager, finance, and finale. Look, our other car (2016 Grand Marquis, 200,000 miles) went kaput and we had to go out within a week and buy another set of wheels. I did the study, found a the right replacement options and in one day lined up looking at four different lots. (even out to El Reno, Diffee, won't make that mistake again!) The car was ready for us to drive, they were very polite, worked with us on financing and we got the car. We are happy with the car, and whenever we had a question those guys were there to work with us. Are they a note lot? Yes. If you pay your car payment on time, will they seize your car? Absolutely not. We could've found other options to cover the loan, but their company was easy and accessible than other options. Bottom line, I'm confident we made the right decision about the car and about choosing Flair Auto Group as our dealer. We would come back to Flair first, if we ever needed to do that in the future, especially if Kaz was still there.

took our bug to fowler vw norman to be fix because it would not make it to OKC VW on northside they…read moredid diagnostics on it and it was the ECM they said it would take a day to get the part they called for us to pick it up Keith said it would be about 1940.00 we went in to pick it up he was at lunch the total was 2316.32 I ask if the diagnostics would reduce the total and we were told NO everywhere I have ever had repairs made reduced the total by the amount of the diagnostic charge. That was on 5-12-26 today on 5-18-26 the cruise control stopped working so I called Keith at 2:57 left a message it is now 5:42 and I am still waiting for a reply to my call, guess I will have to try calling again tomorrow this is the most disappointed I have ever been in a company and will say I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOWLER VW FOR REPAIRS OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER .
