bought a used pick-up truck from Wheeler Chevrolet of Hinton Oklahoma. Four days later, the…read moretransmission started acting up. I took it to our local Chevrolet dealership where I live (in Claremore), and they said it could cost me anywhere from $600 to $6000 to repair it.  Needless to say, I was very upset, since the vehicle had been on consignment and there was no warranty.  I then called Wheeler Chevrolet and spoke to Tim, the salesman.  I told him all of this, and he said he would take care of everything.  He sent a truck to my home (180 miles away) and brought me a loaner car, then picked up my vehicle, transported it back to Wheeler Chevrolet, and they repaired it for free. Then to top that off, I didn't even have to use the loaner car to get my car back.  They drove my repaired vehicle back to my house and then drove the loaner car back.  And if that were not enough, they even filled up my tank when they brought my truck back!  In these days and times it's unheard of for car dealerships to go to those lengths to satisfy a customer buying a used vehicle. In my opinion, Wheeler Chevrolet is the epitome of awesome customer support.  If you want to get treated properly, this is the place to do business with. The 180-mile trip to purchase a vehicle with that kind of customer support is well worth it, in my opinion.  I cannot say enough good things about Tim and Wheeler Chevrolet!

It wasn't till 915 that my car was brought in for my oil change. I left a few minutes past 930 with a job well done. They even vacuumed the inside and cleaned my windows. Only thing that could've made this 5-stars was if, during the initial greeting, I was given an estimated time to completion. Not everyone has an hour to wait on an hour change, which I understand; demand could be high for the moment, but at least let the customer know if it'll be a long wait so maybe I can come back when there isn't a long line.

I was stuck in El Reno for three days and Ford was of absolutely no help at all. I called this shop up from a Google search and asked them if they could help me out. They were able to get me a discounted tow to their shop and dropped what the were doing to try and get me going. To make a long story short this shop is fantastic and they are honest. They were able to get the truck going so I could continue my trip. I actually had to force them to take my money because he wasn't sure if he actually fixed the problem. If you need an honest shop in the OKC area with people that actually know what they are doing then give these guy a call.

First when vehicle was returned us after engine replacement the a/c no longer worked (or held Freon) and still had same issues with hesitations and problems in engine. Was also told it would cost $300 to repair hose for a/c and Freon. Second time taken in for same issues we were told the mechanic had checked it and there was nothing wrong (have recording of phone calls) vehicle had white smoke coming from tailpipe and vehicle was overheating (even left me stranded on highway, vehicle would not hold water or coolant). Needless to say Connie and Jack's Auto Service have been unwilling to honor warranty and repair things that have been caused from engine repair. We took the vehicle to another certified mechanic shop (dealership) and so far have been informed of a misfire on cylinder 4 (old misfire on cylinder 6) and now (since the vehicle has been a paperweight killing grass) the hoses were not connected correctly when engine was replaced (which will cost another $1,050 at a dealership, not to mention the $300 to fix a/c, before they can check the rest of the "repair work" done by Jack's Auto Service). This vehicle has been very costly because "repairs" done by Jack's Auto Service and has left us without our vehicle (or stranded) since April 2020.

Look. They wont blatenly screw you. But im not 100% sure they know what they are doing…read more My fuel pump died. They put in a new one. In doing so, they screwed up my gague for my gas tank, and i ran out of gas before my car started yelling at me. Also, there was an extremely strong odor of gas that i needed them to fix. The good news is they only charged me once. I went back to them multiple times to have them completely fix what was going on because my check engine light continued to turn on a few days after they fixed my car. The last time i was in, saying my engine light came on again and i still smell gas, im pretty sure they just turned off the check engine light and said they cant smell anything. Well my light turned on later, and the gas was noticable to my 7 year old daughter. So they did nothing. I decided to take it to a different shop. They said the gas smell was from a leak caused by a damaged gas tank. They suspect the tank was damaged from taking the fuel pump in and out. Aka. City express damaged my tank. So now im paying for it to be fixed.... again. Rest assured, i will pay extra to have my car towed exactly where i want it, and will not be going back here again. 2 stars because they were mostly nice (even if they seemed annoyed) and only charged me once.
