I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

Its been a year now and I have been snoozing writing a review for Jason. There is no way I could…read morejust not write a review. Read on... We were moving from the midwest to CA and on the first day of our 4-day trip our first night would have been in Albuquerque. However, 75 miles outside of Oklahoma city there was a loud noise coming from under the car that was louder at higher speeds (2018 Honda CRV). We stopped by the side of the highway but could not find anything (at that time). I quickly looked up auto care and saw so many great reviews for Jason. And he was open for 24 hours - how can you beat that esp on the road. He answered right away and told us he would come to us once we got to OK city - he had a few pit stops that night but was so happy to help. We got to OK city much later than expected as we could only drive 35-40mph so that the noise was not as loud. he advised for us to get a hotel that night and come first thing in the morning. Marriott was nice too they cancelled our ABQ reservation and we got a room at a OK city Marriott. Before we got to the hotel we were able to see what had happened to the car. I called him at least 4-5 times that day to give him updates, send him photographs of the issue. He came to our hotel early the next morning (with his dog) - fixed the issue (without any new parts). A truly godsend - we the issue never came back. He has every tool, diagnostic check, his car is like an auto care place. He only asked for his regular on-call rate. He is an honest man and a god send! We need more people like him who care and are there to help. For the past 3 years, I have had a dash lights issue for the honda crv..honda stated it was an issue with the fuel injection and it needed to be replaced (the car was newer back then). It would come and go - but in the last 8 months it has stayed on. When we met Jason it was off (how sad). We've been to a few places to see if we could get it fixed..no luck unless you spend a lot of $$. We always remember Jason and tell ourselves that we should plan a road trip to OK city and see Jason and see if he can help.
