He contacted me a few days later letting me know what the trouble was and what it cost, but also brought to my attention several other issues that would soon take the truck back out of action. I work from my vehicle so I told him to go ahead and complete the other work too. He finished everything in a prompt manner, and for a fair price. so I took my 2006 dodge diesel to owner mark... was told he could rebuild transmission for 2500…read more.. well after it was all said and done it actually cost me 3,500.. was told I have a 1 year or 12k mile warranty.. after only 3 months and less than 2k miles later the transmission stops shifting entirely.. mark said he would fix the problem.. took it to him, after 3 days he called and said it was a mechanical problem and he would have to rebuild transmission AGAIN... 3 weeks go buy, he tells me on a Thursday that it will be done the following Monday, witch was yesterday.. so yesterday ,Tuesday morning, I call at 9am, he tells me it is a valve body problem and he should have it done soon.... later the day he calls and begins telling me my transmission is not the problem, he tells me I have a bad PCM causing the transmission to not shift... and that it wont be covered... so already not trusting him, I said I wanted to have and see a better explanation... in person he tells me my truck threw a code P2509.. witch is causing my problem... I took truck immediately to a dodge dealer and had codes ran.... P2509 Is a generic code for a battery not having a full charge and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with transmission.. dealer the ran a diagnostic on transmission and found that the TRANSMISSION Governor press sensor and solenoid was bad ... so in conclusion... this place is a scam, they lie, and don't honor their word

While driving across the country, a warning light came on -it was determined by a service center that I needed a different filter -however keith had no interest whatsoever in helping to determine the correct replacement filter-- I drove out of my way, hopeful, transformations would have my replacement filter- I even provided him with the current filter number on the phone, so he could cross reference. When I arrived , he had done no research as promised, and there was not a customer in sight. The store has little inventory and Keith wasn't able to do a simple cross reference. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

My husband's transmission went out and sadly we took it to them. The day we picked it up it started having converter shudder. We live super far away and needed his truck, so we couldn't take it back in for warranty work for like 9 months. We took it back to them so they can fix the issue under warranty, and they treated us like absolute idiots. He was trying to blame the issue on us, saying it's just harmonics, saying it's electronic, etc. He was doing anything to not take responsibility for a crappy job. We were very nice and understanding, but we were treated like scum. I took the owner Jerry for a drive in the truck because he didn't want to take the time to diagnose it and he said he had never heard that noise before. The truck sat there for 12 days without even being looked at and they lied to us about it being worked on. We finally go pick it up after hours because they claimed the converter was replaced, that was a lie. Not only was the original paperwork gone (how convenient), but the new paperwork was nowhere to be found and the truck was not worked on. It's the exact same. It literally was not even touched. I confronted him over text after we picked up the truck, and the owner was incredible rude and defensive. Oh and let's also not forget how Jerry told me that numerous vehicles were towed off of HIS lot because the fire marshal came out and he was in violation (and he was not paying to have them released because it wasn't his fault lol) Bottom line, do not take your vehicles here. When you pay for a service, especially thousands of dollars, you expect the job to be done correctly! Do not give your money to these disgusting con artists.

When I picked it back up the battery was dead and a tire was flat. Took it to another shop and put it on a lift my exhaust was cut out and hooked up with a flex pipe. My transmission mounts were not even holding the transmission all the studs where stripped out. The Internals where all shot nothing was salvageable. My vehicle is in worse shape after them then before and now I got to buy a new battery, tire, exhaust and transmission. I'll be adding pictures to this post later so everyone can see how bad the work is.

Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it.
