My appointment was 8:00 and was met very timely on that. A few minutes later my wife's car was diagnosed. The diagnosis was in need of brake pads and rotors for both axels. I told Mike I needed an oil change as well. He said he would include that. I was given a price with several discounts he said and the total came back as $1354. I said ouch how long can I go he said it needs done ASAP. I said ok well I would rather get it done then put my wife back in danger. I was there a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes. Ten minutes after I sat there I received two quotes on my email and both quotes came in at 860 and 927. I approached the counter and asked if my car was already started and he said yes. I sat there in the lobby in total embarrassment the whole entire time. I paid Mike and I explained my disappointment. He said he does not make prices I said I understand I left and went straight to auto parts store and was quoted with tax for all parts $643. Yes I was told I now have a warranty 36,000 miles but knowing that I paid over $300 an hour for labor is absolutely inexcusable. The staff was friendly but I am a guy that knows nothing about cars and loves his wife so dearly to make sure she is taken care of. Knowing how bad and over charged I was today I will definitely not be back to Brookwood Automotive.

I even needed a tow once to his shop and he recommended me to a fantastic towing service which I will also continue to use if I ever need to. The other address I've never lived at. After I told sales what my address should be they never fixed the address issue and sent my trade refund check to the other address. Thank God the resident of the other address has been honest to allow me to drive to them and get my documents and check. Bob Moore has yet to resolve the address issue, never in my 25+ car purchases have I ever had such a post purchase headache.
