    My son and I received GREAT service from Fowler Honda. Our serviceman is Luis Galvez. Luis was so attentive and helpful. We are going back tomorrow to get our air conditioning serviced/recharged and new windshield inserts. We got a new puppy so unfortunately we are returning the two stuffed animals we bought in the gift shop there. They have a super cool gift shop and the gentleman who works there is so nice too! They also have a cafe and the best food, free coffee and soft drinks and free wi-fi. It's actually FUN going to this dealership. Very classy and first class but the prices and service are affordable. My son Trenton and I definitely recommend!

    True bait and switch in the current environment! Take advantage of consumers who trade in their vehicles! Have bought the past few Honda's from them and never had this happen. Fowler Honda's site states to build your deal. After building a deal and speaking to salesman then New car manager we discussed the fact their car didn't have mark-up of $3000 like other dealers because of availability. They only had $799 which I was okay with that and understanding. Buying it outright would have been a good deal. So we negotiate a time for me to drive the car and agree to the terms. This is when Nate (NCM) lowball's my trade to less than FAIR condition at $21500 which is a complete insult to me. That's where they Fowler Honda makes up the $3000 plus in mark up compared to the so called other dealers. What a complete waste of my time. If they would have honored THEIR site I would have purchased the car. I walked out disgusted with the new tactics and management. Let's get some things straight, my Accord was bought new from them. I'm the original owner, non-smoker, no accidents and ALWAYS garage kept. On top of that I've had all maintenance completed, recent tires, tranny flush, alignment, etc.and have records. On top of that currently have a Honda Care Warranty, Zero Deductible top of the line, good until Sep '16 2024 or 120,000 mile which is transferable. So review the data yourself, once a Fowler Auto group customer, never, ever will I buy something from any of their stores again!

    A week ago, someone rear-ended me while I was stopped on the highway on an exit ramp. They totaled my car and made me very anxious about driving on the highway. But, I summoned up the courage to drive down to Norman because I like the way Fowler invests their money in the community. Well, I'm happy to say it was a really good decision. Joshua greeted me when I arrived. He was helpful, but not pushy, and made sure everything was easy for me. I have been tired since the accident and haven't had a ton of energy, and Joshua was patient and went above and beyond in every way. I was able to quickly test drive the car, go over what I wanted from a vehicle and discuss pricing options with him. I hate this part of the car-buying process, but he made it extremely comfortable. Joshua noticed I was alone and had brought a rental car, and he offered to personally drive my car back to Enterprise. I've never received such an offer at a dealership, and the attention to detail caught me completely off guard. He also offered me a great selection of beverages while I waited. I told him I'm obsessed with Sprite, so he brought me two because they were small. I repeat: I asked for a Sprite and he brought me two. It sounds silly, but this is a great example of the experience at Fowler. When I went to the finance office (my least-favorite part of car buying), Chris was wonderful and not pushy. He made it clear that he wanted my car to be protected, and he went through all of the options, even though I walked in saying, "Nope. I won't want any of it." We had a good laugh about the way people treat finance guys at dealerships, and he accepted that I wasn't interested. As soon as we were done, Joshua had already vacuumed my car, given it a car wash and had my roof rack installed. He even offered to take my picture when he pulled the car around. As he handed me the keys, he told me about the little extras he had thrown into the car (even though I didn't get the awesome Honda tent I was eyeballing). Then, he explained that he had already booked my first oil change. When I drove to Norman, I was terrified of the highway and not feeling well. On the way home in my new car with all of the safety features I wanted, I was smiling from ear to ear. TLDR: This dealership is the real deal. The experience is wonderful from start to finish. The owners invest money into the community. It's a win/win.

    Had my brakes lock up while driving on a Friday. Had my vehicle Towed there. Monday morning they…read moreevaluated it and sent me a link for repairs saying I need around $7k worth of work. When queried why the work needed to be done, they said it was based off of the mileage on the vehicle... not something they observed in the inspection. For example, they said I needed an oil change when the sticker in the windshield said it was current. Additionally, they said I needed rear shocks when they were in fact replaced two years ago. Again.. they said it was based off of mileage, not observed necessity. As for the reason I towed it there in the first place: they said they didn't know why it did that and would be happy to replace all discs and pads but would be fine with me driving it that day without the change... needless to say I can't trust them with the safety of my family so we had it towed to a different mechanic down the street. Again.. how could I trust their judgement when they couldn't find the problem, didn't know what caused it, and then they offer me thousands in repairs for issues they didn't even confirm I needed.. it's so sad they have as good of ratings as they do. I wasted money and time. Very disappointing Forgot to mention: they deleted the online quotes and diagnosis when we told them we'd be taking it somewhere else. Seemed worth mentioning Follow up: took my car to master tech for a second opinion. Dave looked it over and determined the following recommended services were NOT needed: rear brakes and discs are FINE and don't need to be changed (they said they were worn and needed to be replaced, he said they have more than enough pad left), water pump is fine and NOT leaking, it does not need to be changed ( they said it was leaking and even sent a picture with liquid on it) and finally, there is one strut leaking lightly but both shocks do NOT have to be replaced. Oh and the caliper they said didn't have any issues (the original problem I went in for because it got stuck and started smoking)... it needs to be rebuilt to be safe to drive on. Yall.. I cannot stress my disappointment enough in Christian brothers and their dishonesty. They were going to perform thousands of dollars in work for no reason other than to make a buck off of me. They took advantage of my bad situation. Single income family of 6 whose car broke down 45 minutes from home. Not to mention they were going to let me drive it with the issue unresolved! You don't care about people, you have no integrity and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Update from the day after: Jeremy reached out after I completed their customer satisfaction survey. He was very apologetic and wanted to hear what happened. He offered to reimburse us for our tow and genuinely cared about fixing the issue internally. From a manager/owners perspective I hope he's able to narrow down what happened and address it with his employees. that way this doesn't happen to anyone else. I have to keep the review and rating honest from my perspective so I won't be changing that but still felt like he wants to run an honest business and will not tolerate for deceit or dishonesty from His employees.

    Took my 2018 Buick Encore in to get a coolant leak fixed. First repair was the water pump and they…read moredone an oil change for free which was nice. But my oil was milky and they didn't say anything, which means there was coolant in the system. And I tell them my coolant is still leaking so they finally get the head gasket fixed a second time I had to take it in. Well coolant was still leaking after that, so I fixed it all myself since they couldn't fix it the first couple times. First was a coolant hose had a crack in it, second that brand new water pump they installed the bolts wasn't tight at all and that's where the coolant was leaking through and there was missing bolts, also the water pump gasket looked non existent. So first repair paid $800 for nothing...And when they said they replaced the water pump, they didn't because I had to buy a whole new one. So they didn't do any of their inspections on if it wasn't leaking coolant. And I even asked them and they said yes which they didn't. So the only good thing they did was the head gasket that was about it...$700 wasted.
