Took my truck to this place today to have some running lights installed, 5 hours I waited, got home the lights were not adjustable Tight against the bumper, were not even adjusted at all sorry install, called to get them fixed told me about a week before they can look at them this is bullshit , I got out there an adjusted them myself, 360 bucks labor for WHAT !!!!! Reached out to them via the contact us section on the website to get some quotes for window tinting. Took a few days for a response but they were very responsive after that. Had them match the factory tint on my Tundra and they were very quick and professional. It was a top-quality tint installation and the tint always lasts longer than I own the vehicle. Don't do business here. They don't care about anyone but dealers that bring stuff in. We bought a new truck and had work done here. They didn't install a electric plug as we asked, the window vents couldn't be installed cause they was scratched up so they told us they would order new ones and they would be in a couple days. Went back to check on it and they didn't even order them. So don't waste your time with this place. We are not impressed with their customer service to the public. After having my camper shell for 6 months, I've edited this review. I'd give less than 1 star if possible. The camper shell had 3 problems: the rear door would not stay latched, the factory corrosion protection on the rear glass screws failed and they were rusting, and the camper shell leaked water. After 3 visits they never fixed the leak and refused to even look at the latch or screws. The last visit they told me they will no longer service my camper shell. :o If I cannot trust them to install and service a simple camper shell, how can I trust them for the other accessories I want installed on my truck. My advice is shop elsewhere, these folks are all initial sales, poor installation, and bad follow up service. read more

I purchased a brand new truck from a dealership that Auto Accessories had done some work too. Basic stuff a lift, wheels, tires, and finder flares. When purchasing the truck I noticed a few issues with the paint on the finder flares and the tires were rubbing. There was debris under the clear coat in several places on the flares and the quality of the paint job was that of someone doing it at home in the garage with a spray paint can. Streaks of low coverage areas. The tires rubbed which is odd for the truck I have, it can fit the same size tire with a leveling kit so I'm assuming the offset on the wheels is wrong. Anyways, I purchased the truck and was told that AAU would fix anything I had a problem with that involved the work they did to the truck. Supposedly a 3yr warranty. Well first I took the truck in and I told them the issues I had. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he wanted me to show him what I was having issues with he said no that they would get it taken care of. Approximately 4hrs later I received a phone call asking if it would be okay for AAU to "CUT" my fender well to stop the rubbing. Knowing from various online resources that the tire size will fit without rubbing with just a leveling kit so there must be another underlying issue I said "absolutely not"! the truck is brand new and cost $70k (it's not a 94 wrangler I'm trying to squeeze 44's under) wasn't impressed with the option. I was told the manager would call me to discuss options. Less than 20min later I was called back and told they went ahead and made the cuts needed. Extremely unimpressed and after vigorously trying I was able to get John on the phone and he informed me that they actually trimmed the fender flares and not the fender wells on the truck. (Fender wells are still damaged and tires still rub occasionally). During this conversation I was told my truck was ready. I asked about the debris under the clear coat on the flares and was told they couldn't see it so iwas good to go! Showing up the next morning just to show them what I offered to show them the day before was pretty aggravating as well! First gentleman that came out to look said he couldn't see what I was talking about regarding the flares debris in clear nor lack of paint coverage. He informed me his vision was poor. The next gentleman said that he couldn't see what I was talking about due to a recent cataracts condition. Finally was able to show the manager and he immediately agreed that the flares needed to be repainted all the way around. The guys made this sound like a 3day or so job. 10days later my flares still did not match I could not go with out my truck another day. When I said that they still do not match the managers response was that they had repainted the flares 4 times over the 10days they had the truck as if it were my problem. Once finally talking to the painter he said it was due to the contrast/density difference between the plastic of the flares and the aluminum of the truck body. FYI fuel door and several other painted pieces of the truck are in fact plastic and match perfectly. Since having the truck back I've tried to reach management several times with no response until approximately two weeks ago when I was informed that he no longer works there and that I should contact Robert. Well still no response from multiple messages left when told I will get a call back. Ps AAU you may want to remove previous managers personal email from your website (may help stream line your communication with customers or maybe that's just your strategy who knows). So here is my experience with this organization- I would highly recommend that you should go anywhere else and ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A TRUCK WITH THIS COMPANY'S sticker in the door jam! read more
