My vehicle had several options, so I was asked to bring it by to ensure the proper equipment was ordered. Got there early and was done in 10 minutes. Sometimes I think people create their own drama and their attitudes lead to problems. I had no issues with J&I and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We loved the service so much that when we decided to install car stereo it was a no-brainer! We told them what we wanted, and they made it happen... It was a complicated install of a high tech stereo with string wheel control integration and Apple Car Play as well as a rear camera. There were a few glitches at first, to be expected. We made a note of them over the first week we had the new system and brought it back. They quickly fixed the issues and even have me a ride back home while they worked. Absolutely first rate knowledge and capability; and the price was comparable to big box stores. I have seen some reviews that just don't make sense (bad reviews) given my experiences with them... If they ever had problems in the past, they have certainly improved!

As soon as he found it and started to ring me up he asked if I was going to put the brake fluid in myself or... and I explained that I was either going to go home & await my husband to get in town to do it or I would possibly feel independent and find a YouTube video to figure it out myself. He found amusement in this and then said "let's see if you can do it yourself". I laughed and explained I wasn't ready as I still wasn't sure to do and he said "no, you're going to do it and I'm going to help you so that you'll know in the future too". So off we headed outside and he walked me step by step as I filled my car with brake fluid all on my own. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went with Bob howard as they had a better Corolla for a better price, just not my colour.
