Jeep knows that they have an issue with the clock spring on this vehicle, which is why they extended the warranty on it to 15 years. They call me today and tell me that it is a fuse panel issue and that they can take care of it for $1800. Needless to say, I declined their offer. I go to pick it up and the write up confirms the codes I gave them and says that they recommend "replacing the TIPM then re-evaluate." They never even looked at the clock spring. On top of this, they charged me $165 to plug my vehicle into their computer and confirm the codes I already gave them. My vehicle ran for less than 5 minutes (I reset the mileage and engine time when I dropped it off) and then they "lost" it. Had to have one of the service guys drive around a different lot to find out where they had left it because they never brought it over after testing. And people wonder why no one trusts a dealership.

I do want to share one piece of feedback that I believe is important: the black shades in the waiting area should be removed. When customers can't see what's going on, it unintentionally gives the impression that something is being hidden, and that's not the feeling you want customers to have. I'm saying this because I genuinely want the best for Hondura. I've been a loyal customer since the late 1980s, and I want Hondura to continue growing and succeeding. I've recommended Hondura to many friends and family over the years and will continue to do so. For the sake of transparency and customer comfort, please consider removing the blinds.
