Christian brothers automotive review statement…read more I found Christian Brothers Automotive on South Western through the Costco Automotive website while searching for a reputable repair shop. My Honda Pilot was misfiring and had to be towed in, but Jason was helpful and professional from our first phone conversation. He kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel confident my SUV was in good hands. Jason sent a detailed link explaining the necessary repairs and what I should plan to address in the future. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling. I was told what my vehicle needed and what could wait. I researched the recommendations and found the repairs and pricing fair and reasonable. Honesty and transparency can be hard to find in automotive repair, but this location truly stood out. Jason communicated clearly, treated me with respect, and made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on South Western. Returned a couple of weeks later and was helped by Andrea, she was helpful and great to work with. This is my new auto repair shop.

After visiting three shops in Moore--each telling us it would be days before they could even look--Beneficial Automotive immediately rose to the occasion. The moment I walked in, Kyle stepped outside to assess the car, quickly identified the problems, explained them clearly (so helpful for someone not mechanically inclined), and provided a fair, transparent quote. The repairs were completed the very next day. What stood out was the combination of urgency, expertise, and genuine care. Kyle's responsiveness turned a stressful situation into confidence that our family could travel safely. Exceptional value, exceptional service--I'm grateful and will be a loyal, repeat customer. Highly recommended.
