STAY AWAY! Take your car anywhere but here! We brought my Chrysler Pacifica in for break pads/rotors and a new head light. While they had it they let us know it needed a new auxiliary battery and spark plugs. We agreed. After we picked up the vehicle, we hadn't made it 20 miles before my temperature gauge started to bounce from cool to hot. I immediately pulled over and checked the coolant. It was bone dry! When we brought the van back to QSA, they spent 3+ hours scrambling around the shop (without ever bringing my van into a bay) before telling me "we aren't sure what's wrong. You should take it to a dealership." Then cut me a refund check for $500 without even being asked. Seemed suspicious but who am I to argue with a $500 check?? Mind you, the work we had done was over $1,200.00 We did in fact take it to a dealership. They found that when the spark plugs were replaced, QSA had cause a leak which allowed the coolant to leak down into the engine rendering it USELESS! The only way to resolve the problem would have been to spend $12,000.00 on a brand new engine. The van was only valued at $13k. So quail springs automotive essentially totaled my van!!! When I called them back to let them know what happened, the manager already knew all about my van (I'm assuming the mechanics knew the screwed up and shared in advance) however they did not offer to make it right. We are currently working with a lawyer to sue for the $12k in damages, which ultimately resulted in us h I h to purchase a new van (45k later). On top of all that, while I was waiting in their lobby for three hours, I got to listen how awful and disrespectful the mechanics are. They laughed and bragged about doing a tune up on a high end vehicle that didn't need it because "if that man is dumb enough to ask for it, I'll gladly take his money" So performing unnecessary work and taking advantage of customers. Not to mention they were dismissive and rude to every female that walked in the door but greeted every single man like an old best friend. Take your car somewhere else! we are visiting the area for a few days from Montana and our air conditioning failed yesterday during 100° drive to OKC. I called Quail Springs automotive this morning. They immediately let me come in for a service check and found the refrigerant to be low. They determined no dye existed in the system previously so leaks could not be detected. They had a dye, and told me if the air conditioning failed to operate in a few days bring it back and they should be able to detect the leak. I am very satisfied with their quick assistance, they were extremely helpful, courteous, and great to work with. There are rates seemed very fair. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

Great service! Fast and friendly! I had a flat tire that I thought would take a couple of hours to get to it since it was mid-day and they had other cars to service. I dropped it off and walked home since I live nearby. Half an hour later, I get a call saying my tire was fixed. And they are very reasonably priced! BEWARE!!! I've used them a couple times and thought they were legit until I did some research and found out they were WAY over charging, and making up prices for parts! How does a hose more than double in price in one week? from $32 to over $70?! I think they forgot they had already quoted me the week before... I asked another shop for a quote for the same job and it was $470 LESS than quail automotive. One reason is because they weren't lying to me about prices for parts,(like I said above, I was quoted twice for the same job and for the same part it was $40 more this week. Also the other shop said I didn't even need that part! That's $72 that quail tried to steal from me!). The second reason is that they were going to charge me labor fees for both repairs, when the repairs were being done in the same part of the car. An honest shop would have said "hey, we won't charge you for labor on the second repair because we already have your car torn apart and can easily get to fixing your other problem." Quail wanted to charge for an extra $300 for labor for the second repair when they already would have had my car taken apart and could easily get to the next repair!!! I can't imaging how much they've already cheated me out of, I'm not going to even look into it because I would get sick. read more

I highly recommend Quail Springs Automotive. I dealt with dishonest and lazy dealership service centers on an air conditioning issue with my car for YEARS. It was under warranty so I thought that's where I had to go. After it was out of warranty and I was still getting the runaround and lies from the dealerships, I took my car to Quail Springs Automotive. They fixed my a/c problem immediately, and I didn't feel as if they over-charged, at all. I think they are honest and fair and do a fantastic job every time. I've been in there a few more times since, and they are very easy to deal with and do not talk down to me or try to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman (unlike the dealerships). read more

My experience at Quail Springs auto was not very good. I took my suv in to have it diagnosed to check on an engine surge problem. They called saying it would be $90 to go in farther to find the matter, I denied the work. The next day I went to pick up my car and I heard a knocking noise in the engine that wasn't there before; it just felt different. I went back up there and asked what the guys did to my car to make it sound like this and they denied that they ever even touched my car. I know they touched it, that what I asked them to do, to figure out what was wrong(if they could without me paying the money). They told me to take my business elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed with their service and customer service. I DO NOT recommend them at all, if I could I would give them negative stars. Now I have 2 things I have to figure out about my car. read more
