Do not take your vehicle here!! Took mine here a few weeks ago, spent several hundred dollars and the problem was solved until this past weekend. Tried to take it back in today for the same problem, tried to tell them what was going on and the fat guy behind the counter got extremely defensive and pretty much said there was nothing they could do. They absolutely DO NOT know what they are doing!! They're just replacing parts on what they think *might* be wrong with your car so that they can charge you. Yesterday on 19/16/2024 i brought my kia Sedona to this shop first thing in the morning and told them my key was getting locked in the ignition 2-3 over the weekend and we noticed it was because those couple of times the gear shift wasn't going into park. i also told them i heard a popping sound on the front driver side and figured it was a ball joint /tie rod. asked if that can look at that.. after all day we call back and they tell out the key problem was the ignition switch and it had to be rebuilt, but they couldn't do it and that we would have to pay a locksmith to do it. i was recommended 2 people by them and neither one would do. after calling around i had a locksmith come out for 100 dollars and after not even 5 minutes he informed me that there was nothing wrong with the ignition switch and it was a mechanical problem with the shifter. he said it was most likely the shifter cable. i tried to go back to the shop to confront them and they conveniently closed 30 minutes earlier on this day. so after informing the shop the next day with what the lock smith said we were greeted with attitude when we asked if they could double check. they offered to changed to the shifter cable without going back to check their work but at this point i seems like the overlooked the main problem because they found 3400 in repairs in the front but overlook the main reason we even brought the vehicle to the shop in the first place. They saw the dollar signs and decided to try to pass the shifter job to someone else. read more

I took my car in to have a noise looked at and they lied saying I needed a whole new engine costing me over 10k. I get you guys need to make your money but damn your out here scamming young folks for there money... you guys should get a lawsuit put on that whole shit show of a shop. And not to mention I've been up there in the past for simple oil change and AC recharge and have seen multiple people mad storming out of the building because of the staff telling them there car is messed up and need to pay way over what they thought when it just needs fixed.. ricks service is a flat L never coming back and telling everyone I know they are out for your MONEY!!!! On a road trip from California to Michigan pulling a trailer as my rear diff starts to make grinding noise about 90 minutes out of Oklahoma City. I manage to whimper into a KOA about 10 minutes east of the city, and I start looking for places that can do drivetrain work. First thing in the morning, Rick's Superior Service was the second place I called, but they were willing and ready to look at my suburban. I grind on into their shop and I'm greeted by Brandon. Super friendly and straight up about the work. They let me know I could need a replacement rear diff, or they might need to rebuild. Either would be a big delay due to parts, especially since I have a 3.73 diff instead of standard. About an hour later, they dig into my rear diff and have news that I just need bearings replaced, and they would be able to get them that day and install. Brandon offers to give me a lift to enterprise down the street so I could get a rental for the day-to-day and Michael, another technician there gives me a ride over. Long story short, Brandon and Michael hustled to replace the bearings and have my suburban running by the next morning. I'm able to get back on the road and make my trip. Work is warranted through Napa shop and I can bring to any Napa shop. My suburban ran nice and smooth the whole trip. Thanks Brandon and Michael. read more

I was recommended this shop by long time friends @ David Stanley Dodge in Midwest city and will never ever darken their doorstep again besides seeing them in court.First let me start by saying the people that work there are rude as can be from start to finish which should have been my first sign. Upon further inspection and having 4 different estimates done by shops in the same area including the dealer, I have found these guys marked up my parts by almost 200% also charged me 3 hours more then recommended time set forth by national mechanics. To top it all off when asking for the old parts back (3 catalytic converters) they refused and stated that's why my bill was so cheap! (Not cheap at all) to top all that off my vehicle no longer passes emission inspection required by other states I travel to often. So my car started messing up yesterday. Jerking back and forth while driving and a light would flash. I called them and I went because they said they didn't charge to check the diagnostics and that's all I wanted. I was driving there this morning and my car broke down on the way. I had a tow truck pull my car there. I left it there for them while I went to school across the street at Rose. They called me and told me it was going to $571. My friend had sent me a picture of the same part that I needed and it was 71 DOLLARS. I get labor and everything and that's how they make their money but SHEESH. Before my friend sent me the picture, I told them to go ahead and fix it. He sent me the picture no longer than 30 seconds after I told them so I called them back and said not to do it. They started yelling at me and telling me that they had been working on my car for the last HOUR AND A HALF. I literally told them to just check the diagnostics. I said put it back together and give me my keys. I'll have it towed home. They made me pay $100 to something I didn't even agree to but I just wanted to get out of there. Took it to my friend and he was like "uhhh they didn't do anything. There aren't even any finger prints AND there was something unplugged." Turns out, something came unplugged and my cars fixed.
