Tried to price gouge me because of the time. Never ever will I go here again. All vets please beware

Just on here to say I was ripped off yesterday. I was priced a Mass Air Flow Sensor for $129. Guy told me it's that price no matter where I go. Trusted him (shouldn't have) and had my car repaired at a price of $260. Of course had to pay for labor. That's not the issue. Issue is they went to auto zone and got the part for $40 and came back, charged me $126 for it. (I'm sure that's where they went. Guy told me they didn't have the part there and they needed to go get the part). This part you can get anywhere for 40, 50, or even $60 depending on which one you choose to buy. Just didn't appreciate the dishonesty when I asked him if I could buy it cheaper myself and he told me no. He was very much a hustler and was only in it for the money. read more

Dishonest people. The interior of my challenger is black and cream. The old caucasian male with thick glasses got blue ink on my cream leather of my door when he pulled my car around. He immediately denied it and said he uses black not blue ink pens. When I came and reported this issue they tried 4-5 different solutions to remove the ink to no avail. The man I was speaking to said the manager was out of town and would be back in a day or 2. I called bc I couldn't make it back for a 3rd time to try to remove it and he told me his manager was bringing vinegar. They asked me what resolution would I like I said to replace my leather door panel so it would be in the condition it was when I brought it to them and paid them to service my vehicle which he told me wouldn't happen. They keep giving me the run around. Avoid this place by all means necessary. The service has gone downhill. I've been a customer for years. Even after I upgraded vehicles. Never again. Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience my last go around. They offered a couple of free oil changes but that's nothing in comparison to the $1k it'll cost me to replace my door panel. read more

I had a check engine light on my car. I tried everywhere to get it in for repair because I didn't want to take a chance just leaving it. My husband took it to Precision Tune and they got him in right away. My husband didn't want to wait at the shop and mentioned he was going to eat and the Manager was kind enough to give him a ride to restaurant. I usually take my car to a Chevrolet dealership for service. I am changing that to Precision Tune because of the excellent service and courtesy shown by the employees. I've been taking my car here for a few years. Earlier this year after an oil change the lower engine cover was hanging down with several screws missing. I found a kit online and replaced all the screws and some of the nut plates. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, took the car in for an oil change and I got it back with missing screws again! Don't think it's asking to much to get my car back with all the parts it had when I gave it to them!! I'm only writing this review now because I emailed both the local franchise and the regional manager with no response. read more

My wife told me she was feeling some light pulsation in the brake pedal when she went from really fast to stop in her mommy wagon. I don't delay on brake issues because it can get worse and more expensive, plus I want my family to be safe. Of course I looked to yelp for the best brake shop and Precision Tune had great reviews. They are first come first serve so I got there shortly after they opened and there was no wait to check in. The customer service was great and the staff is very professional. I got a call a short time later that the mommy wagon was ready. They inspected the brakes, ABS and determined that the brakes were fine. Best part- FREE BRAKE INSPECTION! The brakes will need to be replaced eventually and I will be getting them done at Precision Tune. read more

I called this shop and spoke to Shane after a horrible experience with another shop down the street about changing the spark plugs in my Toyota 5.7L Tundra. Shane welcomed me in and even allowed the use of my own plugs that I had purchased from a local auto parts store after verifying fitment. They performed the work efficiently even solving a small problem with one of the ignition coils during the service. I would absolutely use them again! read more

Outstanding experience. My brakes didn't feel right, so I looked up Yelp reviews and landed here. I had no idea what to expect, how much it was going to cost, how long it would take, or how soon they could see me to get it fixed. I called just for an estimate and the nicest man answered and let me come in and get checked out. They were honest and fair. Didn't try and upsell me. Saw me the same day and I was back on the road within 1 hour. Overall I got 2 brake rotors, pads, and oil change and tire rotation. Great experience! read more

I will never return here for another oil change . I got an oil change from them October 28th , 2021 and they did not put my oil pan plug back in correctly . All my oil leaked out n damaged my my motor . When I contacted them about what had happen they were extremely rude and didn't own up to their mistake read more

They did a great job, were professional and courteous, and very eager to help with any issues big or small. What I enjoyed most was that they pointed out things that needed replacing or fixing but did not use high pressure sales to force you into doing it with them. If they did need to do the fixing or replacing I enjoyed that they were eager to do what they could. The only side effect was that I went in around noon thinking it was going to be slow but had to wait over an hour and a half till I got my tires rotated and oil changed. At least I know for next time to go in earlier. Still, I was pleased by their performance and will definitely return because customer service is awesome, and that is becoming a rare commodity today. Only place I go to now since they came to MWC. Not only is the service good, but it's fast, friendly and they always offer you water, soda, or coffee (for FREE) lol PLUS they even have a charging station so you can charge any electronic device while waiting on your car... always a thumbs up for me here! read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This was my first time going to an auto shop in Oklahoma and first of all the place is complete trash and the customer service is horrible! I only came to this location b/c it had fair reviews and was close to my area. So the guy at the desk was completely rude and basically trying ripping me off. I explained what was wrong with my car and had to explain it over 4 or 5 times because he didn't not understand. He tried getting me to spend $85 dollars on a service I did not even once ask for I wanted to do another service that was only $25. After they got done with my vehicle he did not explain what was wrong with it... everything coming out of his mouth made absolutely no sense and all I heard was complete bs. I was confused at everything he was barely saying. Customer service is no where to be found at this place and these men will try and rip you off! So BE WARE!! Don't waste your time here these auto technicians are just trying to rush the service of your car and then over charge you for nothing they did. They don't care read more

Everyone gets nervous when going to a mechanic. I know Embarrassingly little about cars. This place takes such good care of folks. I came in with my own part to fix my CV shaft on my ford. Based on my little knowledge and consulting with some friends we felt like that was my issue. They quoted me a very reasonable amount to fix. I came in and they said that want my issue. And drove my car around to repeat the noise and told me I didn't need to waste my money on the swap. They didn't even charge me for their time. Very trustworthy place. Always treated me fair. They have earned a lifelong customer. Brian the mechanic is fantastic. This was just one of 4 or 5 times I have had over the top experiences here. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I sure don't know where these great reviews came from that lead me to get my brakes at this place. I would normally not care about the price as long as it was justified, however on top of all my cost they tacked on an extra $24.70 for shop supplies.I asked about this fee and it was explained as the paper floor mat & seat cover they used to not soil my interior. When I replied that's about $2.00 for supplies where did the other $22.70 go? I was then told the State actually allows them to charge a fee equal to 15% of the Total Bill. That includes Labor which is supposed to be tax exempt. When I suggested they ought to have a sign posted stating the extra hidden fee I was told Every Shop Charges this fee and it's completely acceptable. I'm here to say, That is Flat Out BULL. I Don't Appreciate being gouged with a hidden charge of an extra 15% then lied to about the legitimacy. If you're gonna charge that fee, Fine, just post it somewhere by the counter and then don't act like an ass when I question it. The instant aggression showed proves You know you are doing something illegitimate. read more
