He contacted me a few days later letting me know what the trouble was and what it cost, but also brought to my attention several other issues that would soon take the truck back out of action. so I took my 2006 dodge diesel to owner mark... was told he could rebuild transmission for 2500…read more.. well after it was all said and done it actually cost me 3,500.. was told I have a 1 year or 12k mile warranty.. after only 3 months and less than 2k miles later the transmission stops shifting entirely.. mark said he would fix the problem.. took it to him, after 3 days he called and said it was a mechanical problem and he would have to rebuild transmission AGAIN... 3 weeks go buy, he tells me on a Thursday that it will be done the following Monday, witch was yesterday.. so yesterday ,Tuesday morning, I call at 9am, he tells me it is a valve body problem and he should have it done soon.... later the day he calls and begins telling me my transmission is not the problem, he tells me I have a bad PCM causing the transmission to not shift... and that it wont be covered... so already not trusting him, I said I wanted to have and see a better explanation... in person he tells me my truck threw a code P2509.. witch is causing my problem... I took truck immediately to a dodge dealer and had codes ran.... P2509 Is a generic code for a battery not having a full charge and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with transmission.. dealer the ran a diagnostic on transmission and found that the TRANSMISSION Governor press sensor and solenoid was bad ... so in conclusion... this place is a scam, they lie, and don't honor their word

As a woman, this was the first time I felt comfortable and respected in an auto repair shop. Even though they were extremely busy, they never rushed through a conversation on the phone or in person. Every guest was greeted with a smile by Toni. Adam remembered a customers name from a year and a half prior. "Shawshank" worked on my car and went out of his way to explain and resolve the unusual problem (thank you, sir!). Even though their schedule fills up fast and you may be second or third in line, there was not one single disgruntled customer. The work they do brings an amazing energy to the building. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

While driving across the country, a warning light came on -it was determined by a service center that I needed a different filter -however keith had no interest whatsoever in helping to determine the correct replacement filter-- I drove out of my way, hopeful, transformations would have my replacement filter- I even provided him with the current filter number on the phone, so he could cross reference. When I arrived , he had done no research as promised, and there was not a customer in sight. The store has little inventory and Keith wasn't able to do a simple cross reference.
