In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

Was skeptical about setting up an appointment after seeing so many negative reviews, but I couldn't…read moreprocrastinate another week and simply had to take my vehicle in. Got an oil change as well as engine and air filters, it took about 2 hours, which made for a boring wait in the lobby. On Thursday 3:00 PM, I tried setting up an appointment online for Mon 9:30. Got a call back Saturday pushing the appointment to 11. Waited a whole day for a confirmation email or call, which left me a little confused as this was the first time I've tried booking an appointment online with these guys. The push to 11 was definitely warranted, I waited in the lobby for a while (7-10 mins) before somebody was available to receive my key. Most of the chairs were full and a handful of people were standing around waiting their turn, which communicated to me that today was a busy day. By the time I got my key back, the lobby was near empty. I think I probably should've been pushed to 11:30 or even 12:00, would reckon I would've spent less time waiting on other cars. As for the condition of the car after it was returned, the steering wheel was covered in the black gunk that was left on the mechanic's hands. Normally would be hard to notice, but not on an ivory steering wheel. There was also a bunch of leafy detritus and broken plastic on the floor of the passenger seat. Knocking loose some hidden leafy bits is fine, but the plastic that matches my interior would suggest they broke something, or something was already broken and that simply fell out. Either way, I'm noticing more noise from vibration when I listen to music. As for value, I had a 15$ coupon, claimed it, but forgot to mention it so I guess I didn't get it. I also didn't mention a courtesy check so I didn't get that either. It feels like I paid premium for a rush job that took longer than a regular one. On the upside, if you don't like being sold extra stuff, that could be viewed as a merit. I just bought my car so a courtesy check would've been great. I didn't even know if my windshield wipers were suitable for getting caught in the rain. I was left with the impression that they would reference the manufacturer's recommended oil type, and gave the go ahead for whatever that was. The sticker says they put in conventional oil, Fiat recommends synthetic. Not sure how much damage that will do in the long run, and not sure how much damage was done in the short term, but it wasn't even offered at a discount rate.
