A few years back I took my 95 Ford ranger with a muffler issue to these guys. They didn't have the…read moreparts needed to fix it quickly so they referred me to someone who could. In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

It was a step up for both of us, and my car being paid off, we're down to one car payment. Sounds great, right? Well, maybe. But I love my cars like they are babies. I mother over them, keeping them clean, well-maintained. Lots of love for their interiors, exteriors, and especially all the stuff under the hood. My beloved husband, not so much. I got in his car the other day to run a quick errand and I was aghast! It was horrible. Trashed inside and out, and in need of an oil change. So I found myself at Kwik Kar. These guys were great; I was in and out in about 25 minutes, and all in it was around $90 (synthetic oil, new filter, etc), Volkswagens are a little needy. I'm not sure they're all wearing masks, but when they saw my mask, the guy masked up for me, which I appreciated. The only thing I would change: there was no hand sanitizer in the lobby. I usually keep one in my purse but I was out. I was squirming knowing I'd touched several surfaces and did not have any sanitizer!! Of course, I'll be back soon because now I need to handle my own oil change. I guess maybe as my husband and I continue to upset the apple cart that is traditional gender roles in our marriage, I'll be the one handling car maintenance and upkeep.
