I have a 2018 Tacoma,my first new vehicle for me since 1975, so you know I won't trust it to anyone, he'll be changing the spark plugs, transmission service and differentials front and back. My granddaughter has a 2005 accord hybrid, we changed the brakes, rotors, calipers and hoses ourselves. The right front brake was making a noise, Jayson to the rescue. Fixed it easily with a different brand of pads. No noise since. My daughter's 2018 Malibu burnt the AC up. Jayson changed it, and some more maintenance items that had been neglected. Car runs fantastic now, mileage is back where it needs to be and we got councilled on appropriate mileage for maintenance. All of these vehicles are for my family and all will go there for anything I know I can't do myself. Because he does great work and does it in a timely manner. Thanks again Jayson.

I have a 4 star instead of 5 star was the fact that the $150 dynastic test wasn't waived after using their services. They stated that the air cleaner was clean, that out of a scale of 1 to ten on the brakes mine were at a seven, and they could tell that I had just had the transmission fluid replaced recently. They were dishonestly upselling. I used to use them. Never again.

The fix was going to be a complex one and rather than forging ahead with what could have been a profitable bill for him, he encouraged me to take the car to the dealer since they would have more experience with this particular issue. Even more surprising was how he didn't charge me for the time he spent evaluating the vehicle! It was so refreshing to have that kind of honest and straight-forward feedback! Kudos, Homer!
