They gave me a collision repair quote last week, and when I called to schedule a for repair, they told they don't do body repairs anymore. Why would someone go through the quote process with me if they stop doing those repairs a few days later? Kinda shady read more

Excellent Customer Service. Polite. Respectful. Patient. Understanding. They were more than willing to work with insurance but my insurance ended up thinking they wouldn't because they didn't change the rates on the document on their end before sending it to my insurance company. Which this whole deal that I had to deal with was because of my insurance and not the shop themselves. I dropped my vehicle off November 18th and got it back on December 13th. Again, not because of anything the shop was doing, all because of my insurance. The soonest moment I'm able to, I will be switching insurance companies. I had been backed into in September and so my trunk got all dented in. Both Office People were excellent! I didn't really speak to the mechanics or anything but they did a great job as well. I had a couple of dents where someone backed into my mercedes at work. I called to get an estimate and they got me in right away! My car was fixed and I was on my way just two days later! I was really impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. There are some scratches in the clear coat on a completely different area of my car than I had worked on, and they polished it until you couldn't see it. Hopefully I don't need any more work done, but I will give them a call if I do! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm new to the area and had some damage on my wife's hyundai accent. I found leon peirce on yelp and thought I'd go in for an estimate. They were very friendly, quick, and gave me an easy to understand estimate. The only downside to LP is they're so busy that I had to wait about 3 weeks. Once in the shop they fixed the car in the exact amount of time estimated and on budget. The car was filthy before taking it there so we expected it to be a bit cleaned up but still in need of a good detail. When we picked it up we realized they had washed and waxed the car to a like show room quality. Not only that but they had vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed the inside. It literally looks brand new. This was well beyond the scope of the job and really shows they care. 2 days later I received a call that they had charged me for 2 parts they wound up not needing and were sending me the difference of over 10% of the original cost. They could have kept the $ and we would have never known. They will be our only body shop from now on. If you can handle their schedule don't look anywhere else and go talk with them. read more

Great service. The right front side window in my Honda Element was stuck in the fully down position and we needed to leave town the same day we discovered the problem. We are from out of town visiting family in Norman and they were at work so we had no local information. Found this shop on Yelp and it was both nearby and highly recommended. Said they were covered up with work but if the parts were available they would try to get me out today. 3 hours later I was fully repaired at a very reasonable price and on the road home. I don't live in Norman, but I had an unexpected hit to my car door while parked. I was just opening my door as someone whipped into the space beside me and hit my door. I could not close the door because not only had it been dented, but it was knocked out of alignment. It was a Friday afternoon, and I had to return to Austin on Sunday. I was feeling a lot of stress wondering how I could do that when I couldn't close my car door and was trying to consider all of the options. I called Leon Pierce Body Repair to see if they might be able to help me close the door. Even though it was late on a Friday, when I got there (after driving while holding the door which wouldn't close), those wonderful guys took a look and quickly were able to put the door back in alignment. I was able to get back to Austin as planned, but if I were in Norman, I would definitely to Leon Pierce for help. read more

Good for the short term, terrible for the long term. I rush to have my car repaired because everyone else was booked solid except Leon Pierce. I had my driver side door redone after hail storm destroyed it in 2011. That same door looks like it's been hit by acid rain. The door is not even the same color as the rest of the car anymore and has white peeling spotty discoloration all on it. I will have to have the door redone buy another place to fix how terrible it looks. This car is one that's been mostly garage kept, and has not had any additional issues or repairs done to it since I had it done at Leon Pierces Body Shop. My sister, who had her car done at Leon Pierce that same year, had similar issues, and had to have her car completely redone as a result of the shoddy workmanship. I wish I had just waited and gone to some other place rather than rushing to Leon Pierce. They should be ashamed of how bad this looks. read more
