Took three cars (all new cars, only driven in town, yes they were grimy due to the weather/rain,…read morebut not anything extreme) here over the last two days, getting the ultimate wash ($35)...none of the cars were actually clean when finished, they were 75% clean, about what I could have got going through a $5 drive through wash and hand dried myself. There was still dirt on the door handles and on the trunk, mirrors were not wiped down, windshields were streaked like the sprayed the dash and didn't wipe the over spray off the windshield, the dashboard was streaked and parts still had dust on them. The wheels were not cleaned at all, had to have my son re-do them. On the third vehicle, I decided I would point out the areas that still needed attention, the attendant stated that although it wiped off easy, you had to pay extra to get that off...well that was not explained, guess I would have paid, to get the vehicle done correctly. I use to take our vehicles here when it was under the previous name and always had great results, used them for detailing and oil changes. I am now looking for a new place to take our vehicles, will not be going back.

Philip was AWESOME and took care of me, showed me where there may have been damage and gave me a full report in an hour. Not only that while I was on the call with the sales rep from the out of state dealer negotiating based on what Philip and his guys found, Philip actually went out and double checked something on the car and gave me his thoughts while negotiating. I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. Rylee also is awesome and has always taken care of me and gotten me asap, and has great knowledge.

What a joke this place is. Made an appointment for an oil change. Got here and waited with no one…read morein sight to help me. Finally went inside when the older manager (late 60s) asked if I needed something. Immediately caught an attitude with me. I told him I had an appointment and he told me to pull my vehicle up. I explained I had already done that and that it was in line. He said it needed to be in the oil change line. I once again said it already was. The younger technician then stepped in and took over for the senile grump. He told me it would be about an hour to 90 mins. After nearly 3 hours of waiting it was finally ready. Please avoid getting any work done here in the future.

When I confronted them with that info g try hey said "there's none on the dipstick. So I said "show me". When he showed me I could clearly see oil on dipstick, and when I pointed it out he said "well there's some", so I said "there's a big difference between some & none, and I'm not signing anything that says it was empty". So they changed the paperwork. It's a scam in case they do something wrong they can say it's because your car had no oil prior to your visit. Make sure you are prepared.
