I took my car in and paid $55 for "The Ultimate". I found that it's the ultimate rip-off. I was there for over 40 minutes so when I was finally called, I had to leave to pick up my Granddaughter, so wasn't able to specifically check every detail. When I got home, the outside was dirty, the windows were smeared and the mats were filthy! There was also dirt on the back seats that they didn't wipe. I have photos which I will attach. I went back 2 days later and asked to speak to a manager to try to get it re-done; I was told no. I'll never go there again, and will do everything I possibly can to deter anyone into using that place. And I tipped $10 for this? Adding on since the " Business Manager" responded: You guys had the opportunity to make it right yesterday, yet apparently didn't want to help. When I asked to see a manager yesterday i evidently didn't get one.

I paid $250 for a detail & got a car clean at best. There was no type of detail about it. Took it back twice for them to "redo" this is photos of their work after & what they advertise a detail is. Definitely choose elsewhere!! Managers were rude and told me this is the best they can do. Are you kidding me!?! Armorall isn't that expensive. I could have done this myself for $10. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I brought my car in for a super cruise car wash. I was called out saying my vehicle was ready when the manager said his employees were cleaning the window and the the window fell, and the window would not roll back up. I have a toddler and now will not be able to use this vehicle due to the freezing temps. I have had no previous issues with this window prior to this event, and he said he would not fix it but I could take it to a dealership. I also requested a refund, but the manager refused. I filled out the form (attached) without writing below the "do not write below this line" then the manager took the form and made me a copy; i got home when I notice Michael Scrubb (Manager) marked no to "Has the customer demanded a specific remedy", which is completely inaccurate, and since he requested I sign it prior to him making a copy I feel I was mislead and lied to. Disgraceful! Poor customer service!

After paying for the "Ultimate", I waited for over an hour, watching as cars came in and went out ahead of mine. My dash and windows were not done very well, and the back end of my vehicle was still dirty. This is not the first time I have left unsatisfied, but it will be the last.

Door jams not cleaned

Update: after the manager, Dan, worked on cleaning what the gentleman was supposed to yesterday, I am very happy with the detailing and customer service I received to rectifying the situation. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4. The seats were like a night and day difference. Thank you Dan! This was my first time getting my van detailed with this business and I am very disappointed. I made an appointment for 11 am for the complete exterior and interior detailing for $275. At 5:30 I received the call that the van was ready. I'm not trying to be picky, but was not satisfied with interior job. Door jambs we're still filthy, cup holders and center console was not touched, and leather seats were still dirty. When I mentioned the seats didn't look like they've been clean the gentleman said it's just wear and tear and won't get any cleaner. I rubbed one of the places and the dirt came off. I called the manager over and they agreed it needed to be cleaned better and said I could come back tomorrow and they will make it right. I will update this review after the touch up tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

I should've canceled my membership at that moment when they wanted to debate if their automated system offered me a lower price because it did not let me cancel after it sent me an email with a promotional price.

I'm not exaggerating: Bam, bam, bam -- over and over while I sat inside watching it happen. When I got home and saw the dent, I immediately drove back. The guy at the front came out, looked at the damage, acknowledged it, and even had pictures taken of him pointing to the dent. He said he'd file a report but made it very clear that corporate decides everything and the location had no authority. Sure enough, corporate came back with the classic "that couldn't have happened here" excuse. Really? I was in the car detail business for 16 years -- I know damn well how this happened and how easy it is to damage a car with improper pressure washing technique. The cherry on top? The claims reps I had to deal with were rude, dismissive, and frankly seemed to have zero understanding of customer service -- or the industry they work in. They made it obvious their job isn't to help you, it's to shut you down. And yes, I've been burned by this place before. They stripped paint off my wife's brand-new car because they got too close with the pressure washer. They denied that too. Claimed "they couldn't find the film on the cameras." Total BS. Bottom line: This car wash operates at YOUR risk. They damage your car and deny everything. They don't train their staff properly, they don't own their mistakes, and they certainly don't value customers. Never again.
