Took three cars (all new cars, only driven in town, yes they were grimy due to the weather/rain, but not anything extreme) here over the last two days, getting the ultimate wash ($35)...none of the cars were actually clean when finished, they were 75% clean, about what I could have got going through a $5 drive through wash and hand dried myself. There was still dirt on the door handles and on the trunk, mirrors were not wiped down, windshields were streaked like the sprayed the dash and didn't wipe the over spray off the windshield, the dashboard was streaked and parts still had dust on them. The wheels were not cleaned at all, had to have my son re-do them. On the third vehicle, I decided I would point out the areas that still needed attention, the attendant stated that although it wiped off easy, you had to pay extra to get that off...well that was not explained, guess I would have paid, to get the vehicle done correctly. I use to take our vehicles here when it was under the previous name and always had great results, used them for detailing and oil changes. I am now looking for a new place to take our vehicles, will not be going back. read more

Paid $210 for their interior detailing service and was very disappointed with the results. What I got was, at best, a half-hearted wipe-down and vacuum -- not the full interior detail and seat shampoo I paid for. There was still visible hair, dust, and debris on the seats afterward, which made no sense given they claimed the seats were vacuumed and shampooed. When I asked directly if the seats had been shampooed, I was told yes -- but they looked identical to how they came in. Honestly, I feel scammed. It was bizarre that after paying over $200, I had to go to another car wash afterward and thoroughly vacuum the seats and other areas myself just to finish the job they were supposed to have already done. I understand there's a no-refund policy once a service is "completed," but I don't believe this service was actually completed to any reasonable standard. The photos speak for themselves. Went to the Robinson location and got a car wash and clean inside my car, I could have done it for free myself and it would have looked way better. Dirt still on the floor and seats, over spray on windows and not cleaned I was so excited to get my car cleaned and now I just wasted my money. I took my car in and paid $55 for "The Ultimate". I found that it's the ultimate rip-off. I was there for over 40 minutes so when I was finally called, I had to leave to pick up my Granddaughter, so wasn't able to specifically check every detail. When I got home, the outside was dirty, the windows were smeared and the mats were filthy! There was also dirt on the back seats that they didn't wipe. I have photos which I will attach. I went back 2 days later and asked to speak to a manager to try to get it re-done; I was told no. I'll never go there again, and will do everything I possibly can to deter anyone into using that place. And I tipped $10 for this? Adding on since the " Business Manager" responded: You guys had the opportunity to make it right yesterday, yet apparently didn't want to help. Really like this car wash. They are so thorough. They have so many hard-working employees. They have their routine down. They even personally clean your wheels and dry off your windshield when finished. I also love all the options they have to offer full-service. They are awesome ppl & establishment. I paid $250 for a detail & got a car clean at best. There was no type of detail about it. Took it back twice for them to "redo" this is photos of their work after & what they advertise a detail is. This is a review based John my elderly Mother n laws situation. My 80yo mother n law took her car on for an oil change and to fix a wire that was hanging down under the car. After she paid and left she brought the car over to our house and I noticed the wire still hanging down almost to the surface of the road so I checked to see if they had changed the oil. The oil was a quart low and had obviously not been changed. What could be seen on the dipstick was the old dirty oil. And they did that to an 80 year old woman! Shame on Cruise in! read more

I brought my car in for a super cruise car wash. I was called out saying my vehicle was ready when the manager said his employees were cleaning the window and the the window fell, and the window would not roll back up. I have a toddler and now will not be able to use this vehicle due to the freezing temps. I have had no previous issues with this window prior to this event, and he said he would not fix it but I could take it to a dealership. I also requested a refund, but the manager refused. I filled out the form (attached) without writing below the "do not write below this line" then the manager took the form and made me a copy; i got home when I notice Michael Scrubb (Manager) marked no to "Has the customer demanded a specific remedy", which is completely inaccurate, and since he requested I sign it prior to him making a copy I feel I was mislead and lied to. I've used this car wash, oil change location for several years, with great service. However the past 6 months to a year it's been TERRIBLE. For oil change/tire rotation you get that done then go get your car and take it through the car wash then back over to get in line for them to do the inside. So I decided to try someplace else so I didn't have to go in and out to move my car. I tried them again today. They had me stay in the car during the oil change then when I tried to pay I was told they don't take fleet cards. I've always used fleet car so I asked when it changed and to ask a manager. The assistant asked the manager who said no we don't take them. I again asked since when? He tried to run the card outside, I told him they always do it inside. Amazingly he went in to run the card, they do take them. No apology. Then when to get the car wash lady, for the wash and vacuum that I paid for with the oil change I was told that it would be an hour to vacuum the inside. I told them I didn't have time to wait. No offer of a refund for the already paid for car wash/inside cleaning. Never use this location. read more

This used to be the place to go to get an excellent car wash but not anymore. I've always paid extra to have my wheels done and what a waste of money! I saw them touch it but my wheels are not clean at all! And it cost me $6 extra. I will be finding another car wash in the Norman area. I made an appointment to get the full interior detail and car wash. Even though it was a busy Friday, the manager was able to fit me into the schedule because they need at least 5 hours to work on your car. There are 5 lanes to drive up to with a person waiting there to assist you. I got to go ahead of everyone and get someone started on my car right away because of my appointment. Dave made me feel confident that they would be able to take care of every spot that I hadn't been able to clean myself, such as around the speakers of the door, cupholders, and scuffs on the ceiling. Right now for a spring special for $45 more they can give you a fabric protector and deodorizer in the car. I am already paying $125 for everything and one of those options comes free for me anyways so I passed on the offer. They have a decent waiting area inside with a tv, chairs and a table, some toys for kids, magazines and post cards for sale to look at, and a fireplace. The only suggestion I would make would for there to be more seating and a nice coffee machine for complimentary drinks. Overall, they do a very good thorough job on the cleaning and customer service is excellent. Downside is if you have no ride while you wait for your car to be done, you may want to bring some entertainment of some sort unless you want to be bored to tears. read more

Update: after the manager, Dan, worked on cleaning what the gentleman was supposed to yesterday, I am very happy with the detailing and customer service I received to rectifying the situation. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4. The seats were like a night and day difference. Thank you Dan! This was my first time getting my van detailed with this business and I am very disappointed. I made an appointment for 11 am for the complete exterior and interior detailing for $275. At 5:30 I received the call that the van was ready. I'm not trying to be picky, but was not satisfied with interior job. Door jambs we're still filthy, cup holders and center console was not touched, and leather seats were still dirty. When I mentioned the seats didn't look like they've been clean the gentleman said it's just wear and tear and won't get any cleaner. I rubbed one of the places and the dirt came off. I called the manager over and they agreed it needed to be cleaned better and said I could come back tomorrow and they will make it right. Longer than desired wait times. Good but not great job cleaning. Their social media is basically non-existent. They post of promises for winning free services etc. on Instagram etc. but they do not monitor it at all. I know because I have posted and I saw NOBODY else post and yet somehow I did not win anything lol. I did not care too much but I don't think you should false advertise to people that there is a chance at winning something when staff clearly takes no interest in those who are basically giving you free advertising, some who have a huge following. The staff at the check-out counter were neither friendly or rude, just sort of going through the motions. Free drinks while you wait is a plus, as you WILL be waiting a while. I took in two cars to get their top-of-line car wash: a Ford Focus and a Ford Expedition. The first surprise was that they flatly refused to wash the Expedition because it was too big to go through the automatic car wash (it had a roof-mounted luggage carrier) and they don't wash cars by hand. The second surprise came AFTER I paid over $50 to get the Focus clean, only to find that the muddy dog paw prints on the seats and console were still there. When I complained, I was told that they don't clean seats or interior components, other than to vacuum the floors. So, to summarize, Cruise In Auto Spa in Norman won't wash a big vehicle, and they won't clean the seats on any vehicle unless you spring for the $400 detailing package. Be warned. read more

They told me it'd be 45 minutes so I walked over to Stella Nova to grab a cup of coffee and it was done in exactly 45 minutes. They also offer soft drinks and coffee inside for free.
